DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka recensioner

Excellent stay at Doubletree Hilton in Melaka. Although the hotel is situated at one corner, we Grab around for convenience. Breakfast is top notch with the variety offered. Gym is good. Swimming pool is small but adequate. Rooms are clean and good sized. Love the welcome cookies signature of Hilton.

Anna was a great cheerful presence at the front desk. She gave good suggestions for where to see. The cookies at check in was a welcome surprise for travellers who are hungry and tired after a long bus or plane ride. Housekeeping was very clean and the rooms were very spacious.

The Hotel staffs are friendly and the best is the hotel room space is big and spacious. Location to Central Area is rather convenient and accessible to small retail shop like 7-eleven in walking distance. Hotel room housekeeping is good and well maintained while we are out for shopping. Good hotel stay for couples with nice city view.

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

Location is about 15mins drive away from Jonker Walk. Room and facilities were great, however Service could be better. We ordered room service however took 45mins to come despite multiple calls/reminder to the concierge. We were also not able to get a late checkout which was disappointing, despite being a Hilton Honor Gold member.

It is close to beach, so it is away from the crowd of Jonker street. Basic swimming pool and sauna. Children will like the kids club but the place is quite small only can fit up to 10 children

It is clean and good. They also give u free cookies. The receptionist is there 24/7

Service is good and staff are cheerful. Aircon was a bit cold and somehow couldn’t control in one room. Otherwise all ok.

Good location, there is kids room , pool, welcome cookies which is very delicious ( taste like subway cookies). The buffet breakfast was great with international variety choices. Nice swimming pool kids friendly, 7-11 store at the 1st floor. The only disadvantage is need to change lift when go to the parking from hotel.

Clean and polite service by the staff! Hotel has a sea view. Will return in future

A great stay with Hilton Melaka .. amazing bedroom view and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. A fully equipped and sauna gym, beautiful rooftop pool with a fantastic view of the skyline. A must have hotel breakfast which offered delicious international cuisine.

Hotel is clean and suitable for families. The bed was great. Room service was quick. TV had sufficient channels and quality and size of screen is good. Plenty of water provided in room. The view of the junior suite was good but would have been better on a higher floor. Bathroom was huge and guests could request for chair within for elderly. Has sauna and steam room in the hotel but no spa. Seems a short distance from Jonker but will the long and unpredictable grab and room situation in melaka, the location of hotel becomes a inconvenience. However, air-conditioning is unable to be controlled and was too cold at night. Breakfast needs a queue, and food is not fantastic and has no signature dishes that you can remember after. Hotel does not respond much to request such as high floor or that there is a third guest in the room despite paying for an extra person. This is evident when the bathroom amenities, bathrobe and slippers provided were still in pairs. Though Hotel did top up more after the first day. When they do top up, they are not stingy.
