The location is good, as it's near all shopping centres. If you have a group of 4 you can book the apartment The have 4 individual single bed.

Best place to spend your vacation. Comfortable bedrooms, beautiful surroundings. Everything is good.

Stayed here many times! Love the family room (2 bedrooms with fridge and microwave). This hotel is well maintained, room still looks new despite its age. The shopping mall is just across the road. Easily walkable to Jonker syreet and dutch square/atyractions. Great location at attractive room rate.

Good and pleasant experience.

Building is old, once enter the rooms, will have the old smell ( luckily not smoke smell). Molds on the toilet walls and mattress is not in good condition. overall is clean and staff are friendly but the building is old.

This is the fifth time I had stayed here, location is good, clean room, tv is working, except that they don’t provide toothbrush, other than that all else is very good, there’s a bus bay within a walking distance from Fenix Inn, about 3 minutes walk. Can walk to Jonkers street about 15 minutes from Fenix Inn too

Good location. The hotel is a bit dated, but has everything you need. They are currently doing some building work, so I guess they are updating the rooms.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of times before! Good location and nearby attractions and food. Recommended!!

Good price, just whole room getting old with mold smelt and washroom need to improve especially on water leaking issue and mould ceiling.
