During my recent stay, I encountered several issues with the room and services. After paying for an upgrade due to the hotel’s inability to fulfill my initial request, I expected a higher standard of comfort, but the room failed to meet my expectations. The shower holder was broken, the clothes hanger was missing, and the chair was damp and unusable. Furthermore, despite reporting these issues, the broken glass door panel in the room was not repaired, and communication regarding a complimentary late check-out was lacking.
While I appreciated the effort to offer access to the Premier Lounge, the food quality and beverages were below expectations, particularly the orange juice, which tasted diluted.
To add to the disappointment, the service manager left my message read on WhatsApp and did not reply, showing a lack of professionalism in addressing my concerns. It’s frustrating that the hotel asks guests to report issues, yet fails to ensure everything is in order beforehand or take prompt action when concerns are raised.
Overall, the stay was disappointing, with unresolved issues, poor communication, and inconsistent service follow-through, detracting from the experience.
