The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Hotel is decent just for a nights sleep, bedsheets were a little dirty and stained.

The room is comfortable , only lack of amenities such as hand towel , vanity ( cotton butt) . The other okay .

Location is slightly far away from Jonker street. Lift is more for those with wheelchair, quite scary in my opinion. 1 small complimentary indoor parking and big outdoor parking which is very convenient for those who drive. Room is very spacious with high ceiling. Tv is slightly small and not smart tv. Only downside is the heater water. Hot water was quite inconsistent and runs out quickly if heater not switched on long enough. Overall very comfortable and spacious room.

Great pricing and comfortable interior. Parking is the only setback.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. 10-15mins to Jonker Street. With famous Popiah Ta Chong around the corner opens ard 10 but need go earlier to queue.

Room is well clean, the room has air purifier, it is a value adder. 10~15 mins walking to Jonker street. Overall a good budget boutique hotel.

The family room is quite big, is suitable for 5 people to stay, and at night is not noisy. There have their own carpark but the carpark very small, a bit difficult to park. Have a 15min walk distance to the jonker street

Its a good stay but the first time staying there will be more clean than the second time staying there …

Decent hotel jn Mallarca. Location very close to the attractions. Hotel room is very clean.

A strategic location which nearby the tourist spots. while the cleanliness of the room need to be improve as found out there are some stains on the towel and pillow case

Overall ok. There is a pantry with biscuits, coffee and tea, kids like it.
