My room was very comfortable, I especially liked the heated bathroom floor and ocean view balcony. The staff are amazing. I only had breakfast one morning, they had a large variety to choose from and the bar also serves a few food items. They also have reasonable bike rentals outside the front door, just scan your card and go, can’t be any easier. If you’re planning to use the bus get a 10 ride pass at a nearby store to make your travels simple. Highly recommend

The staff at Hotel Soho Boutique Las Vegas we’re brilliant nothing was ever to much and we’re extremely helpful with request or question. The location is perfect near the beach and a short walk to the town centre. The is a regular bus service near by and that helps getting around. Overall a great hotel that enhanced our holiday.

Very clean and comfortable room as always, bed and pillows made for a great night's sleep! Garden area private with shady areas if you wanted it. Outside bar food excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Inside bar very pleasant and relaxing in the evenings. Easy reach of centre of Malaga. Have been many times and will come again!

Disappointed by the lack of guest service and safety. Our balcony door lock was broken—staff said, “nothing will happen”—yet the lobby was locked at night for their security. Only two small bottles of water were provided on day one. We received two clean coffee cups daily, but just one regular and one decaf pod—not exactly logical. Pool towels required a 10€ deposit at the front desk, three floors up from the pool. Room keys failed multiple times, and beach access doors barely worked. Great breakfast and ocean view, but service and common sense were lacking.

First the good parts, hotel location is perfect for long days at the beach with access through the back garden when the door works. They offer for a nice breakfast with friendly breakfast Staff and the beds were comfortable with a decent size bathroom , ok shower with plenty of hot water. Decent pool area with adequate if not dated seating. The rooms were sparsely decorated, and in need of a paint job and lacking amenities like an iron with limited hanger and towel allowance. Again, the keys were an issue at your room door and at the rear entrance to the property, the key system is outdated and needs to updated. We were told keys get affected when out close to your phone. Balcony door lock was broken and I was told by the front desk that some work some do not and that people break them. I requested it be fixed. It never got fixed. the system of renting pool towels is an inconvenience, but at least they were decent towels. Just felt like they nickel and dime you at every turn from needing to make a deposit on pool towels and lack of iron and coffee in rooms and everything that’s broken or missing is somehow guests fault. This hotel is in need of an update and an attitude adjustment. I’m sure as a beach hotel it must take a beating but having unreliable door locks and keys is not acceptable. An attitude of giving guests bare minimum and the feeling that we want to steal from them is unpleasant. They get a premium price for their location but I would not recommend it to anyone.
