Apartamentos Pinar Malaga Centro

We had the superior suite which was absolutely beautiful. Corner plot with lovely views of the street and a gorgeous little bar below called ‘varo’ which was quaint. This apartment was super clean almost brand new. Comfy bed, spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchenette. Location was amazing. Sometimes a little street noise from bin cart of a morning but generally very quiet, nothing to stop me coming back again. Staff on reception desk opposite were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely re visit👍

What a contrast from my review in November 2023. 5th time staying in these apartments, again for a very special occasion. Different block this time and it did not live up to our expectations . Again a very clean apartment, and that’s the only comparison. Street noise was awful, would last to 5 am, very disturbed sleep every night. To get a warm shower proved quite difficult, had to turn on other taps for warm water. Air conditioning was so noisy you couldn’t have it on when in apartment, and it was 32 degrees outside. I did video it, and the pleasant 3 male staff who were present on checking out, Victor asked me to send it to them, for a manager to review it. Which I did but have not received any response. As for the female staff member who attended to us at check in, might benefit from a customer relations course. She was not welcoming, not even a smile. I have been promised a lovely apartment if I do book again, but unsure now, when they can’t even respond to my complaint. A shame really as their location is great and and fantastic restaurants on the same street. If I had only paid €300 for this accommodation then fair enough, but when you pay more than €500, you expect better. Also I think they should acknowledge returning guests

Spent week here initially on own and then friend joined me. Quiet road in old part of the city - easy to find everything once got bearings. There is a small Dia (local supermarket chain), a 5min walk away (go left out of building), and if you go right, cross the main road, about 10-15mins walk away, there is a Lidl (much better than UK ones). Check in was in reception next door - staff super helpful and friendly (could leave luggage with them on check out as flight later). Massive apartment which is bit austere. Good shower, had bidet. Could do with a drainer for washing up and as I am short (5'2"), found all the cupboards really tall and difficult to reach! Didn't use it but there was a washing machine. Both windows unfortunately looked into courtyards - wished the one in kitchen area where the table was, looked out to road.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Pinar Apartments Hotel. The apartments were exceptionally clean and boasted an excellent location, centrally situated near restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The reception staff was friendly during check-in, and it's worth noting the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment upon our arrival. The French balcony offered a lovely view, and overall, my partner and I are highly satisfied with our experience. We're contemplating a return in the near future. Highly recommended!

We stayed at these apartments for our stay in Málaga. They are situated within a 5 minute walk into the city centre yet away from any hustle and bustle on a quiet one way street that is partially pedestrianised. There was very little traffic noise and the street was only really used by the odd taxi and delivery vehicles. The staff in the office were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke good English if your Spanish is poor. We were able to leave our luggage prior to checking in as we had an early flight arrival. The apartment itself was spotless on arrival. It was modern and airy and equipped with air conditioning although we had no use for it. Excellent shower in the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Towels and linen all provided. The kitchen was equipped with utensils for 4 persons. All floors are accessible by a lift as well as stairs. Approx 25 minute walk to the train station and as mentioned above, 5 minutes from the city centre bars and restaurants. Highly recommended for a stay in Málaga.

Bright, roomy apartment very similar to the pictures shown. Close to many venues in the historic center city. An excellent location and place to stay. Staff was helpful and since we stayed 8 days there was cleaning service included once during our stay.
