Royal Avila was incredible—easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Although we had activities planned for our 3-day, 2-night stay, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel. I highly recommend staying in and making the most of the fantastic facilities, including the jacuzzi, spa, beach club, swimming pool, and gym. Special mention to Lola, Hafizin, Lalu, and Abdul Haq for their amazing service—they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I was completely captivated. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.

Amazing resort, location was serene, cleanliness is sooo awesome, service was amazing. Food was good however can be improved. This place was so picturesque, would definitely come again.

Had to wait 30 or so minutes for our room to be ready? First room was very noisy from adjoining rooms and above. They obliged by shifting us to a beautifully quiet room which was lovely. Service and food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Overall, if you can book a good room the hotel and location is wonderful.

Great place to stay. The place is so dreamy definitely would recommend. Felt safe throughout the trip. Staff were very friendly and made some friends there. Best place for sunset view.

I love this hotel so much……. Very nice hotel design with a Santorini look and feel. This hotel well maintained, clean and beautiful. You can photo everywhere your want all photo will lok amazing! We enjoyed the sound of waves as the hotel is next to the sea. Very healing and therapeutic!

It's like Santorini Greece but in Indonesia Lombok! Amazing view and a wonderful experience there. Will come back again!

Bed and pillows are so comfortable, the pool view when sunset is the best view I ever seen. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Love staying here and will come back again !.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Avila for 3d2n for the second part of our honeymoon. We chose this place cos of the quiet location and the view. We were checked in by front desk staff Echa. She had prepared a honeymoon bed decoration for us, a cheese tart in room and free one time minibar. Prior to my arrival, I had requested for high floor but we were given a room on the first floor..however this was ok with us for the short stay. We also requested for quiet room and thankfully our room was far from the noisy beach club. The room was just like photos, and it was super clean. Soundproofing not that great we could hear the neighbours from next door and upstairs. Echa was very bubbly and helpful. From checking us in, to driving the buggy and helping out at the restaurant and sending us off after checkout. She remembered our names and greeted us everyday. The other staff at the restaurant (didn't get their names) remembered which room we were from. We didn't leave the resort during our stay and had all our meals in the restaurant. We liked the open concept of the dining area, with the tables being spaced far enough for privacy. The food was great but the portion was a bit small. We also booked a couple session at the spa. The therapists' skills were average..and the jacuzzi in the spa had so many insects. We found this a bit too expensive for the experience. The resort was a great place to slow down and relax. The room was very comfortable and we had good sleep. Sunset views from the balcony was amazing. Overall I would recommend this resort for a chill holiday!

Our stay at Royal Avila was amazing. We stayed in room 501 rooftop suite. Staffs at the hotel were really proactive and initiative in providing the best service and always smiling. The staffs even remember our room number and our names. Rooms were spacious and clean and had the best sunset view! The restaurant food was great and we had our dinner there almost every night. During dinner the restaurant had live music and we had cocktails to relax. Definitely would recommend and will return on our next visit!
