What a gorgeous hotel! We opted for a superior lake view room, worth every penny. Gorgeous views. The room are small but have everything they need. Comfy beds on the firmer side which for us was perfect. Delicious and well presented breakfast. Hotel just 5 minutes from the main bars and restaurants and is in a great location. Staff are super friendly and a special mention to Emile who met us with a smile everyday and even let my husband practice chatting italiano with him. Lots of nice extras for example we had some heavy showers and the hotel has plenty of brollies for guests to use. It's the only hotel that I've ever been to that I would happily revisit ! Small, family run hotel.Great room with a view of the lake. Cleaned to a very good standard everyday. Staff were polite. Pool was amazing, loads of loungers. Just some road noise by the pool but the rooms were soundproofed. Lovely 10 minute walk into the town.. Breakfast was generally the same everyday, cereals, breads, cheeses, sliced meats etc.Also some lovely cakes and local biscuits. Eggs and bacon to order. Would certainly come back

Great hotel, excellent location, 10 mins walk from centre. We had a deluxe room with a spacious balcony and a good view of the lake. The room had a sofa and a small fridge. Note no tea/coffee making facilities (but we always bring a kettle etc.) Staff very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English, although they often started off in German. Breakfast excellent. Great restaurant for pizza and pasta at the end of the drive, but book if you can. Can't comment on the evening meals as we ate out, but there was a daily set menu plus a la carte.

Fantastic Hotel Staff and Manager could not do enough for you. Food was delicious. Hotel position was perfect short walk in to town. Room lovely sheets and pillows so soft and cleaned every day. Always got seats by the pool no need to put your towels out!! We used their bikes most days as it is lovely to cycle round the lake. Would highly recommended xx ps it was our Wedding Anniversary and they gave us flowers and a bottle of bubbly lovely touch x

We have had the best week in Hotel Capri and can’t fault it from start to finish. The owners and all the team have been so kind and helpful. Rooms are beautiful with lovely views and hotel is spotless. Beautiful pool and public spaces with short walk to the town Breakfast was lovely every day and the evening meal absolutely top notch We will be returning for sure. Thanks to Emile and all the team

Extremely well run family hotel. Excellent food and great hospitality from all the staff. Stunning views over the lake from the dining room and terrace and our superior room with a balcony overlooking the lake was amazing. Brilliant location for all amenities. 5 Star rating on all counts.

We have just returned from staying in this beautiful hotel. It was incredibly clean and immaculately well looked after. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the terrace overlooking the lake was delightful. You can also book to have an evening meal there too. It’s only a short walk into Malcesine although there were many steps. It’s quiet and the pool area and pool are lovely. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. 😊

We had a lovely holiday in the Capri hotel, I would say it’s a small traditional hotel, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. I left my kindle in my room on leaving and they went above and beyond to get it sent back to me in England. Thank you.

Lovely small and friendly hotel with fabulous view of the lake. Def worth booking a lake view balcony as it is stunning, with the mountains so close at this end of the lake! Lovely breakfast on the terrace with stunning views. Really helpful staff. Quite a few steps up to the hotel, so beware if you have any mobility issues. Sometimes I moaned about keep going up the many steps but the fact it was high up, meant you got a better view, of course! Malcesne is the nicest part in my opinion as the lake is narrow so the mountains are much closer than at the wider parts. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Our Inghams rep says she never gets complaints from guests at this hotel, because it's so lovely. Listed as 3 star but feels like a 4 star (based on many 4 star hotels I've stayed in previously).
