I am writing to express my disappointment with the manicure and pedicure services I received at your spa on 25th June, 2025. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not meet the standards expected — especially considering the price of $180. Upon returning home, I noticed that the gel polish application was uneven, with visible imperfections around the cuticle area, and the finish was not smooth. Spa therapists had no idea that they need to remove sticky layer of the gel nail polish. In addition, the pedicure service was incomplete, as the advertised foot mask & massage was not provided. I have had similar treatments at various high-end spas globally and in the Maldives, and I must say this experience fell short both in execution and attention to detail. I expected a higher level of professionalism and care. I trust you will take this feedback seriously, as it is shared with the intention of helping improve the consistency and quality of guest experiences at your spa.
