Dreamlike accommodations with a breathtaking view. The food in the restaurant is excellent, very diverse, and truly perfect. Everyone in the service team is incredibly friendly. Rafaela from the spa area gave me an unbelievably good, relaxing, and energizing massage. Rafaela is exceptional!! You just can’t get enough. Great location, great people. Just returned from week here in one of the seaview suites. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Staff, food, drinks, atmosphere, views, all first class. This is the first time my wife and I have tried all inclusive and it certainly didn’t let us down. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for making our week away very special.

We stayed at this resort for 6 nights and I feel we were treated very differently to others that stayed for 7. Upon arrival we saw people being handed champagne and hot towels, however we didn’t receive this. We had booked 6 nights and we were there for a full 7 days but they said as we did not book 7 nights we do not have access to ANY restaurants and we would have to pay €298 euros to dine in all three after spending thousands we really didn’t want to do this, I explained we were only one night off of the requirements so could they allow us one restaurant free and we will pay for the rest? Of course all this hotel cares about is money so the answer was no “hotel policy” however I came to read the hotel policy displayed on their website and there is actually NO MENTION of this whatsoever, just a stupid rule they made up to con you for more of your money, an extra night was over €340 euros quoted by the receptionist. To continue the point I made about them caring for money we went in to book massages we wanted a €150 euro massage and they were pushing trying to bump us up to €200 each which we refused. Also when we left we found our friends receiving parting gifts EVERYONE had these bags and we were sadly not given them. I would also say the entertainment needs a huge improvement, a lot of it finished at 22:30pm which for being on holiday we just thought this was way too early. on Sunday they do a disco which was the best night we had, it ended at 23:30-12pm ish and it was really good. I will say that the stay was very enjoyable we booked the loft suite with Sea View and it was beautiful the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing and we were impressed with the cleanliness, our room was cleaner every day with fresh towels and fresh bedding. We dined in UMI and Océano, UMI was amazing and I could not fault it, Océano was okay I would rave about it but staff were great. The staff at the bar and restaurant’s were BRILLIANT, we also booked some massages while we stayed and the staff there were also just as good, the main restaurant food isn’t too bad, I highly recommend the raspberry cheesecake for dessert! The main pool is where we spent most of our time drinking the Cretan mojitos and making use of the all inclusive chocolate crepes, the music there can get a little droning so if you’re sunbathing I would I also advise to bring AirPods or headphones. I recommend going down to the local beach to rent a boat it was €120 euros for 2 hours which we thought was great and had alot of fun. This review should be 2 star for the top and four star for the bottom but I couldn’t do that. Would we come back to seaside? Yes (But just book the 7 nights)

The best place for quality and service. Minor issues with room sorted immediately. Food is excellent for choice and the pond site desserts are just excellent. Staff very friendly and good location for local services and bus stop on site to reach other destinations.

This hotel was lovely, all staff were really friendly and would pick up the phone and be more than happy to help with any request. On my trip i developed a water infection and they brought more water up to our room on several occasions to help. The cleaners were very friendly and considerate of our space We stayed in one of the sunset semi-private pool rooms at the very top of the resort; which was stunning. The room then also had a view of the other side of the sea so we got good views all around. The food was really nice, they had a large variety of choice for what you want to eat and againD the staff and waiters were always happy to help in getting you drinks or if you needed advice. We stayed for 7 days which meant we got 3 free a la carte meals included with our stay. We tried Oceano, but we found there was not enough food in the portions provided. The food was good, but we did go to the main restaurant to eat after… We also tried Minoan and we loved it there. You get all the starters and then the mains were a lot more filling. One thing i do feel the need to point out is the fact that accessibility around the hotel can be deemed hard work if you are less able to walk or have mobility issues. There are lifts, but they don’t cover all floors of the hotel. Be mindful of this when booking. It may be worth emailing the hotel to check before you book.

Unfortunately our dream holiday has turned into a nightmare. We booked this trip last August and saved all year to treat ourselves to a swim up sea view room. Upon our arrival we were taken to a double room with a balcony, no swim up. We immediately advised reception this isnt what we had booked and were really disappointed by the receptionist's attitude who kept informing us we had booked a sunset view room. I showed all my confirmation/tickets but was met with no apology and told we needed to come back down in the morning. After parting with thousands of pounds literally this is not the response we expected. The next morning we reattended and were told Tui had sent them the wrong booking. We asked to see proof of this and they were unable to show us. I believe they have over booked our room type and are trying to blame Tui. They are stating we have a swim up room but the pool is outside the front of our room, public and not private at all and by a small road. It doesnt even have a sunset view as the sun sets behind our room! To say we are disappointed is an understatement. The hotel state they cant move us. WORD OF WARNING- Be extremely careful when you book this hotel. I checked our room type with them a month beforehand via email so how they can say this is TUI's fault is beyond me. I can see this would have been an amazing holiday, the actual room we were supposed to have looks beautiful. If i wanted the room that we have then i would have saved myself hundreds of pounds. I am shocked by the service here that is supposed to be 5* . This is my 9th time to Greece... I have always given 5/5 reviews. Never had an issue until now and we are really saddened this hotel haven't apologised once or offered to help us .
