Beautiful place to stay and have a relaxing holiday The pool is clean The swings are cozy The food is great The drinks are amazing , many varieties of cocktails and shots. The most important it's the staff .I've never met a staff this friendly , the owner is great , we had some drinks with him. The bartenders are very proffesional and they have a lot of humour. Staff very polite and helpful. Sunbeds always available at the pol and no towel wars. Swimming pool was never crowded, was clean and close to the bar/restaurant. Spa was great. Cocktails were delicious. Food was great and buffet breakfast is more than enough for all. Swinging chairs in bar area was a nice touch giving a relaxing vibe. My kids loved them. Our family rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and room/beds suitably cleaned 3 times during our stay. Hotel is a short 10 minutes walk from a grossly overpacked beach at the entrance area because all the resort hotels put their sunbeds right down to the sealine (which is illegal in Greece). But a 5 minute walk further up the clean beach was plenty of free sand and sea areas. Everything in Malia including restaurants, supermarkets, bars and souvenir shops were only a short walk from this hotel. I recommend this safe, secure hotel and if I were to return to this area I would certainly stay there again with my young kids. They enjoyed it.

the hotel is close to the beach (5 minutes on foot)! the rooms are small but comfortable, the equipment is quite worn out, but they came and fixed the lamp hanging from the wall for the first time, the staff is very nice. cleaning, towel change ok, it's quite noisy at night, so if you're not a party person, choose a hotel further away because it's next to the party street, the breakfast is the same every day :)
