Triton Hotel recensioner

I suggest everyone to spend a holiday here in Crete and, in case, to stay at the Triton Hotel. The structure seems to be ruled by a family and you will feel at home. But in Crete. The kindness and professionality of all the personnel and especially of Jana, the leader of the hotel, and of the young Amclena will conquer you. I should only criticize about the room cleaning personnel, who knocks the door and AFTER HALF SECOND opens it to enter, never minding about your eventual answer to their knocking: it can generate embarassing situations. The food is various and tasty, compliments to the cooks! In a few words: come and enjoy your staying.

It was the biggest mistake booking this hotel, tho the staff was really friendly, the room was made like a prison that was cleaned properly 2 years ago, the shower cap was defect , the lamp in the balcony didn’t work The „Wifi“ was not even useable, housekeeping did not respect any boundaries and just opened the door and woke us up to ask if we want the room cleaned, the food was terrible, even worse than the refugee camp, i threw up 3 times in 5 days only because of the food, the drinks were terrible, would not recommend, +you have to pay 8€ for the AC , and the heat is not bearable without the AC .

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD, DISGUTING, POOR AND NIGHT WORKER WITH A STRONG ATTITUDE!!!! Better remove your eyes out with a knife than needing any type of help from the front night desk. All inclusive but they don't even serve water, is a total scam and joke. I needed to get a glass of water to have a medication during the evening as everything was closed I went to the reception to get a glass of water. There is a old man without teeth, almost blind and can't hear well working there. He is disgusting!! If you ask him anything he will treat you like trash. He clearly needs to be retired, it's totally crazy that they put the worst and most unacceptable person to work during rhe night at the front desk!! In case of a emergency in the middle of the night , it's probably better to go screaming for help on the street!! Let me know even start about the disgusting dishes and the fact that the all inclusive has no drinks and you can have only at some points during the day. Never again, and if you want to have remotely good holidays just don't be cheap. Do some research and book something properly. It's better to spend more money and some time researching than not even having wifi, water and proper food on a place that is supposed all inclusive!!

The room could has been cleaned better but trash can has been taken out every day. Very nice and helpful staff, clean pool. The location is near the center of the city and beach. The dish was delicios. We enjoyed the accommodation.

Idk how you manage to mess up pasta but truss hotel Triton to do it. Fish fingers were grey. One side of the kebab was pink the other side was white. Bread was stale. The cheese is what I imagine vomit tastes like. The guy at the bar was bless tho.

I would like to recommend stay in Triton Hotel in Malia, Crete. We stayed there two weeks: me, my husband and our preschool girl, and we really enjoyed it! It was much more than a stay in a nice hotel in a nice country. The interiors of the hotel are elegant, clean, by the reception you can relax and enjoy seaside atmosphere occompanied by nice pictures. Our room had a useful balcony, comfortable beds, wardrobe, night tables, dressing table with a large mirror, chairs, all you need (and also a fridge and safe-depozit, air conditioning, TV...). Our room was cleaned every day, there were new nice smelling towels, the beds were made and clean, bathroom cleaned every day, the rubbish was taken out. The lady was wery kind. In the restaurant here was delicious food both Greeek and international cuisine, a great choice of meat (fish both for lunch and dinner!, seafood, chicken, pork, lamb...), all side dishes, vegetable side dishes, fresh vegatables, cheese, fruit: watermelon, orange so refreshing!, desserts, variety od refresher to drink, wine and beer, water, and 6 kind of ice cream. The hotel is situated in the ideal place in Malia, in nice surronudings of the mountains, close to the large beach with sand, and the hotel has two big swimming pools - one of them is 40cm deep - ideal for children to play, there are tavernas, shops, bars close to the hotel but you are never disturbed by any loud discos when you want to have a rest at the hotel. The gardens are also nice: you can smell lemon trees, look at flowers in bloom and pictures of Cretan sights and natural beauties. But what is the most: the staff treat each other and you like a member of their family. They really take care of you, ask you kindly if you are satisfield and if they can help you with anything. We were very usefully discussing our plans for trips, car rent, anything, and they hepled us a lot. Malia is an ideal location to start your Crete trips! Always smiling, always welcoming and friendly. It was absolutely perfect holiday we wish to make againg in the future. So many thanks!!! Love.

Spent a week with my friend Nice quiet renovated rooms, with amazing staff and tasty food. Very friendly environment Close to the center, only five minutes from the beach Really woth visiting it again

I spent one week in June in Triton hotel and I was happily surprised from the service the food the stuff and the facilities. Newely renovated pool rooms ,very clean hotel in general. I came solo but for sure I will be back again with my family this summer!!!

I visited hotel with my husband for one week. It is located close to everything. The rooms are cosy and clean. The service is excellent. The food is tasty. The staff great. I will visit it again 🥰🥰!

Nice hotel quiet with the best service and staff. the food is great and the rooms standard that have been recently renovated. i really like potamos beach and the old village. i will definitely return

Room was without a view. Only a ventilation window in the room. Cleaning was good. There are also better rooms, but not for the clients of Apollo travels. No reason to take allinclusive. This is a low budget hotel, so go with that.

The good things 1. food: salads, vegetables, feta cheese, every day different fish and meat, baked potatoes or chips, rice, pasta. But only one kind of fruit (orange or apple, no melone). However the food was delicious. 2. pool area: pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and poolbar. Pool was clean, you always found free sunbed. 3. staff: very kind. 4. place: hotel is 5 minute by walk from beach. Near the centre where you found lot of shops, tavernas, bars etc. The bad things: 1. room: Everything is very old. I was in room 310. There was not any wardrobe, just small table and dressing-table. Very small shower. After every shower, the bathroom is completely underwater. 2. cleaning: sometimes you don't know there was a cleanlady or not. Resume: It is 3-star hotel. If you looking for some place for sleepover and you don't want give much money, go there. If you want better services, more choices in food and drink, go to the 4/5-star hotel.

We have stayed there a week in July2022 on an All inclusive board. We arrived late at night but the staff was very welcoming and gave us a very nice room which was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The receptionists (AM & PM) were always happy to help and gave us very good advice on tourist attractions. The food is wholesome and always fresh, we would have like coffee and tea throughout the day (this is our only criticism). Overall, we had a very good week.

Was a much anticipated lads holiday and turned up and found out we had to pay extra for air con whilst the guy on the front desk being super rude for no reason, clearly hates his job. Woke up and had breakfast and barely any edible foods, the salad bar looks as if it’s never changed as the cucumber is shrivelled and the tomatoes are brown. Thought maybe this was a one off and went for lunch but it just got worse, only remotely edible thing was the chips and even they tasted super cheap and rotten. My mates went for food every time after that and some of us just had to firm it, literally ate the rice and pasta for 7 days straight like had no protein whatsoever as all the meat was undercooked and inedible. Only good thing about the restaurant there was that the cutlery was clean. Moving on to the rooms, they were super uncomfortable and mattresses did not look clean and had a smell to them. The shower was aimed at the wall and fixed in that position so had to use my hand to direct it off the wall back onto me. The toilet was constantly flushing which caused the bathroom to be in a constant flood like state and the constant sound of flushing mixed with the heat and stink of mattresses and the uncomfortable springs constantly digging in your back just made it unbearable to sleep at night. Didn’t think it could get any worse but when I left my luggage in the luggage bit which is supposedly watched by the receptionist, my Nike dunks were robbed and when I mentioned this I was given very little help, only until one of the girls who stands outside the restaurant actually decided to take some action and asked for my details. But even until now they’ve not been found so trying to claim it on my travel insurance. The only good thing about the hotel is the barman is actually really nice and will always be down to have a chat and always friendly. If you’re considering going here I’d just look at hotels nearby for the extra £100 or however much it is as there is better hospitality in North Korea prisons.
