Провели 5 дней в этом прекрасном отеле. В этом отеле мы встретили самых добрых, приветливых и отзывчивых людей Греции - хозяйку отеля и ее семью. Нас встретили очень гостеприимно с широкой улыбкой и это стало отличным началом хорошего отдыха на Крите. Учитывая, что мы только что еле выбрались с Санторини, тк началась очередная забастовка паромщиков и мы были очень взвинчены всей этой ситуацией и неразберихой. Огромное спасибо владелице отеля за её ежедневное радушие, хорошее настроение и позитив. Отель очень хороший, расположен на одной из шумных улиц города, но немного в стороне от самого шума, т.е. спать было комфортно. Завтраки и ужины вполне себе хорошие, за них отдельное спасибо. Рядом есть места для парковки автомобиля (за зданием напротив выхода из отеля). Номера комфортные, есть все необходимое. Кровати удобные. Море рядом есть, минут 15 пешком. Нисколько не пожалели, что выбрал этот отель для отдыха на Крите.

Overall ok experience, location was excellent, pool and sun loungers were amazing, rooms were ok- beds and pillows were so comfy, rail for clothes was ridiculous as it was stated as a wardrobe, bathroom was a pain as every time you had a shower the floor was soaking wet as the door was only on half of the shower, only one socket in the whole room which was an absolute joke. The night we arrived which was 4 am, the man working (believe he is security as was there every night) made us feel very uncomfortable as he was adamant he kept our passports until the next day, we obviously demanded he gave us them back immediately, which took a while for him to give us them back, then he started telling us to be quiet, which was a joke, he is in the wrong job completely. Also the tourist tax being 70 euros was a joke, wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel it was a shambles really. The food was absolutely awful, breakfast was awful all I ate every morning was a pear, dinner was disgusting. Overall experience was ok, staff were really lovely and friendly.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I would go again and again! the hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. It is just a short walk to the beach (which is more stones than sandy) but still with stunning views. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket on site which we found very useful. Also, a short walk away there are bars and fabulous restaurants. In the main, the food was very good where ever we chose to eat and good value for money. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel to take you to Rhodes Old Town & New Town or, you can taxi in at a very reasonable price. Also, you can book a coach trip to Lindos and spend the whole day there which is also a very nice place to visit with lots to do and see. I would rate this hotel as excellent and all the staff deserve credit for how friendly and helpful they were including our chamber maids, receptionists, bar staff, breakfast staff and a special mention for Michali the pool barman!! Wow! What a hotel!!! We have stayed there for a week and the only thing I can say that it was “AMAZING”! First thing I should mention about staff, the staff is very welcoming, hospitable and helpful! I’m failed if I don’t mention their name. 3 gems of Dionysos Hotel are Christina and Pari (with their beautiful smile) and Panos, who is around you whole the time to make sure all is good! Room was clean with very comfortable bed. Buffet (only breakfast and dinner) had delicious items and even if you go last minute they are still hot! Location is just 5 mins to the beach! All was wonderful, I hope I will be back very soon! :)
