We stayed in the apartments (31A.). Cleaning of the apartment was really unacceptable. Refrigerator, oven plates, kitchen utensils etc had to be cleaned up on our arrival. We also had to clean up the mess - toys etc - before we could start unpacking. When mentioning this to the gentleman in the reception, we were met with total lack of understanding. “We should have called the reception, and they would fix it inmediately.” I doubt this is true - took us 3 hours. Anyway - if you experience the same as us, then call the receptiob immediatley - and do not wait untill 11 next day (even though this is stated in the house rules) Many items in the apartment was broken. Dressing cabinet in the bedroom was broken. Lamps broken (visible broken) - got replaced on our request together with the missing kitchen utensils though - but wouldn’t it be nice if the staff had this fixed before new guests arrived? Many of the cabinets - and even kitchen-stuff - was marked private and ‘thief protected’. No problem at all - but quite surprisingly for this type of apartment. Any good things to mention? The staff was good at responding to mails before our stay - but has ignored all mails regarding the problems with apartments during and after our stay. The first real good feeling of customer care and service came fron the skistar-shop - they were smiling and welcoming their customers. Also the young workers at the lifts were smiling and welcoming the skiers . Actually - this made a hughe difference for our stay, as the hotel receptionist did not. The location: Good area for families with (very) small childen. We would prefer Tandådalen nex time.
