VILLA DESCRIPTION - Two bedroom villa (each with private bathroom). - Fully furnished, integrated with security system, A/C, Internet Wi Fi, TV with cable and Bluetooth Speakers. - Master bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, a huge private bathroom, and an exit to the terrace. - Terrace views the Golf course and Rain Forest and it is furnished as well (BBQ included). - Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and pots and pans. Washer and Dryer. - Villa includes 2 parkings and two visitors parkings VILLA AMENITIES - Common areas which includes a private Pool including a kid’s pool, a gazebo, lounge chairs, and 6 charcoal BBQ’s for your use. If you have kids, next to it you will find a playground. - Golf Club is located 100 meters from the Villa. We recommend Iguana's Pub at the Golf Club. - Hotel restaurants, bars and casino can be accessed when renting the villa - Other facilities such as golf and tennis courts can be used for a small fee - Hotel Shuttle departs from Golf Club every 15 minutes and you can ride the shuttle all over the hotel and beach. - Optional: 4 passengers Golf Cart (not included in rent).
