This condo is on the first floor and provides very easy access to the famous Mammoth Mountain. Being on the first floor is a great amenity because after a hard day of skiing, just walk right into the front door with no need to get on an elevator with all your gear. Walk through the entry door of the condo and be greeted by a living room (including a sofa with a pull out full bed & 60 inch tv with sound bar), dinning area with seating for six, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating for three. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms on the south side of the condo (primary with king bed & guest room/office with two twin beds), on the north side of the condo you will find the 3rd guest bedroom (queen) and guest bathroom.
