Currently here, staying in room 2119 the room is decent. We had a room with a sea view. But only a slight view of the sea. If you want to view the sea you need to book a room with a “full sea view” which is much more expensive. I did have a chat with our rep who organised a room change however myself and son were settled and again the room was decent. When we go to Turkey we say they can not do enough for you, this hotel feels like that. The staff are greet from the greet at reception and the observation one of the staff that my sons band was frayed was impressive who changed straight away. The food is decent but from someone who has had a gastric sleeve I can not take full advantage of the food choices. The beer is San Miguel which is nice, the cappuccino I had from the pool bar was like rocket fuel (how I like it) which was surprising. I was expecting weak coffee. The entertainment is great, the amnation team work extremely hard who include both kids and adults. I am currently watching the musical show which they have produced and the choreography is really professional. Would I come back, yes I would. Pools are decent. Only criticism which is slight is the slides could be closer or a decent pool around that area

Avoid this hotel, this is the worst holiday we have ever been on and we could not wait to return home , which is so sad considering it cost us almost £3000. Hotel room was disgusting and filthy, we were offered a new room which was the same. Photos of the room online are not what we experienced. Fridge and phone in the room not working in both rooms. This is not a 4 star resort ! Bed sheets not changed despite request , and was told by reception staff that this is only usually done once during your stay which sounds absurd for a 4 star resort. Hotel is isolated surrounded by rubble, graffiti walls and half built houses. No hand sanitizer anywhere in the hotel , and none in the restaurant. Rooms were damp smelling. The pool bar opened and closed when it wanted and the evening bar did not open until 8.30pm meaning you have to go all the way into the main hotel area and up in lift (if have a pram/wheelchair ) to get a drink. Cocktails were cheap and nasty , although the wine was ok , but a little watered down. Complaint has been put into jet2. Overall we are absolutely disgusted at our experience.

We have recently returned from a week all inclusive and had a great time. The hotel is 1 hour from the airport on a coach. The facilities at the hotel were good and our daughter loved the pool. The main pools were busy but it never felt overcrowded. The entertainment team worked really hard and there was a great mix of activities on offer. We ate at the buffet restaurant most nights and there was a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from. Staff were always very attentive in clearing away plates. The bars served a range of drinks and I would recommend bringing water bottles. It wasn’t obvious what was on offer for all inclusive, I only realised that ice lollies/cream and slushing were available for children when I saw other people ordering. The resort is big and there are quite a few steps, so one with mobility issues would struggle as the ramps are very steep. If you need a pram, I’d recommend a light weight one. Our hotel room was fine and cleaned daily, there wasn’t a great deal of storage though. It had a fridge and microwave. All staff we came across were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time here. I do think that the all inclusive package should include daily clean beach towels. After reading reviews I brought towels for the children and only changed ours once at a cost of €2 each. I would recommend choosing all inclusive as there isn’t much around the hotel.

Really great hotel.... book a sea view room, it's worth it. The food is definitely 5 star, the pools are clean. Had the usual battle of reserving a sunbed at 7am but this happens everywhere! Only negatives were that our safe had a missing door and despite reporting this 3 times it was never fixed during our stay.... the Italian restaurant which we used for breakfast would benefit from an extra coffee machine as the queue for hot drinks was always long. I used the spa twice for massage treatments which were amazing. My massage was done by Mertxe who was absolutely fantastic. Entertainment was varied and of good quality, kids clubs really good for those that used them. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!
