The staff were outstanding. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel was spotless. Housekeeping kept the rooms pristine, and I noticed that the public spaces were always tidy and well-maintained. There was a fresh scent in the lobby, and the entire property had a welcoming, clean atmosphere. My stay was fantastic. The combination of great amenities, impeccable service, and a central location made for a very enjoyable experience. I felt well taken care of from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

We stayed in wood rock hotel manali in Dec 24, during Christmas and loved our stay, it was full of luxury and good hospitality. They have dedicated play area and heated swimming pool. The food was amazing and staff was very cooperative and polite.

The hotel is at very appropriate place and the rooms are neat , with the balcony the view from there looks so beautiful. Moreover the food is fabulous, the flavours in every dish is tempting . The best was the poori channe . Would recomend anyone to come here for stay
