Room is very clean. Room service is excellent. Food is average. overall experience is good. Pleasent stay

When I entered the room the room was not cleaned.The bed sheet was torn there was no proper service.When I ordered the food it was 3 hours late.The charging point was not working.The bathroom was very dirty they also theft money from my friend's purse when we were out of the hotel

Good hotel. Good food. Every stuff is good behaviour. The order supply is very fast. The sight seeing is very nice.

The mountain view from the room and terrace was very beautiful and the hotel staff was too helpful. It is close to hadimba temple which saved our time for travelling lots of other things, nearby to explore like eat out points and stalls for shopping. The food in hotel we had was also good in taste and value for money.

Location and facility is good. Our family satisfied your all kind of services. Your all members are good. And in future i shall suggest another visiter

the hotel was ok interior wise and location is good, walkable to Mall. But i had difficulty sleeping because of how close the room was to the road and i could people until late night and car horns beeping. though hotel overall is reasoably maintained for budge hotel.

Overall i would like to say this is what we all call a family hotel everything in this hotel was according to the needs of every type of family staying there. The only thing i didn't like was the food which was average. Rest assured i would like to say thanks to the owner and the staff for acting like a complete team. Nice stay very highly recommended for families!

Unfortunately due to some medical emergency, i was not able to come there so i requested for the partial refund but they refused and disconnect the customer valuable call.

Hotel room was large, water availability was fine but tv was not working. Terrace & the pug was very beautiful. Owner & staff behaviour was also good & cooperative. Food is moderate and little bit over priced, i think. Car parking area is not adequate as because of construction nearby. Also, very near from manali meal rd.

Services are good, rooms are also cozy, but they have very few rooms which have good views. Also they have a terrace view which is also good. If someone opt to stay here look for family suites which is on the top with balcony. No other rooms (deluxe and super deluxe) have balcony. This is not mentioned while booking rooms as in pictures, all rooms are shown with balcony Even-though we booked super delux room with valley view but we got side building view which was not good.

If i will go manali again i would love to visit same hotel again
