1)manager at this property thinks himself as he is king of manali. 2)at arrival we found that room was very untidy when we asked to clean the mess he said no straight forward. 3)spots all over the table, hair's lying here and there. 4)mmt should blacklist this hotel.

Nice view from room balcony. Rooms are small but well decorated. Cleaning of rooms are not done regularly.
