Not a safe hotel for family or solo. Cheap attitude of the hotel owner. How can Iit be a 5 star?? May be 2 star or less. Unprofessional staff with no customer service. Impolite and can't speak properly. Please note, this is not all 5 star hotel because they don't care about customer service. They run the business based on their requirements and not customer asks . Attitude of the hotel owner is cheap...

Property is amazing with mountain view and the breakfast and dinner was so delicious which made our day and special thanks to Echor company which made our stay luxurious and worth . Place is quite amazing and comes with solitude vibes which takes you another level .💫💫

Echor Himalayan Aurum is located nearby the hampta barrier its a perfect gateway yo the perfect staycation the staff is very nice its just 3km far from main mall road the staff was very nice and well mannered and mr sunny was very welcoming and the rooms were well maintained

The services of hotel was very very impressive and really good. I went there with my girlfriend and that was really good hotel in terms of service, staff and location all the things were satisfactory. The staff was very polite not for us only for each every guest who reached thier hotel.

Unethical and biased desk staff. A standard room tourist isn't liable for privacy or any special requirements is what the sales team says. When we requested for privacy and noise disturbance, Mr. RAJ, the sales person said told us to keep the curtains open and it's ok if people in common area look inside the room, you are in a Standard room and can't expect much. Wish there was minus rating on Google.

This place is a full 10/10 experience. My stay was very comfortable and up to the mark, from the cleanliness to the staff behavior this hotel marks your expectations. The view you get to see is also very wonderful and the food is also very fulfilling. I had a very wonderful time there with my friends.

I visited there ij the starting of the year with my family. Room was super clean and comfortable. The food was also god and the staff was friendly. They guided us perfectly that was great. The bed-sheets were clean the whole time I enjoy the food and view from the window

We were a group of 6 friends and we visited Manali in the month of jan. It was a great stay at the hotel as the view was amazing, all the snow covered mountains were looking too beautiful and the balconies were designed in a way that a person can sit there for the whole day and look at the beautiful mountains.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
