The staff was really professional and very helpful the location was great we had a room with see view the pool was nice but not so lit the room looked really nice but the furniture is really old and the room cleaning was not 100% good I found so many insects

Dirty room. Broken sofa bed. Noisy neighbours. 3 hour wait to check in. Whole place is in need of a refurb. Won’t be coming back.

It was an amazing experience here at the Novotel, All the staff were polite and helpful. Basith was very nice and made my breakfast experience so pleasant. The food at Zytoun is very delicious. There is a variety of options the black coffee is made with Love.

Very kind people, nice place. Basith is very nice man, he was very helpfull and kind. We were in F1, it was great experience. The food in this hotel was delicious and were there a lot. So many fruits, vegetables and meats. We were very pleasures.

Hotel is in the perfect location! The food is delicious, the facility is clean and the pools are beautiful. AMAZING BEACH. I recommend the hotel and the holiday. We would like to thank Mr. Ibrahim from the hotel staff. He is very nice, smiling and always helpful.

All clean, comfortable bed, professional staff, nice bartender Ravindu in the beach bar gave extra advices. The hotel is perfectly located to explore both Manama and Muharraq. However, the service at bar should be longer than between 11-22 hrs

Every month we stay in this hotel. Thank you for reception at Bhagya and sana. We have been struggling to join the membership of Accor and they assisted to solve this issue. And I really appreciated to allow to check out late flexibly. Those two ladies are very kind and helpful. Wish to see them again in the next visit. Happy new year. Thank you

Hotel is as 3stars hotel. Absolutely did not answer about my question before our traveling after booking and payment. No communication and not nice staff behind the check in or check out. Philipino woman very sassy! Hotel is old and giving not bottle of water nothing after your long traveling. They said the tap water is ok and they are about ecoligy. All Bahrain except one street is about garbagges and dirty areas. This hotel has a pool for adult people where the water is over 2 meters only!!! They don't care also must ask please can I got some clean towel? The hotel is expensive. They also do not care about people who has some allergies of food. I have and plus lactose intolerance I sent many emails before traveling and calling such expensive to Bahrain but they were rude in the falling and emails...never got answer. I forgot the name of that chef who was in that restaurant for breakfast. Only he told me sorry and brought some lacto.se fre chees..Ismail the name ? . And boys for cleansing those rooms also cared well. But staff in the desk 3 women there !! But for nothing. The beach was ok and of sand. They seems as they prefer russians tourists only. I do not tecomende for EU!
