一進房間一股很重的發黴味道撲面而來，要求換房被告知已經滿房了，其次房間裏的傢俱設施非常老舊了，該重新裝修了。最要命的是我住5樓，酒店的360Bar説是2點停止營業，結果當天晚上直到4，5點還在放音樂，整個房間都在跟着震！根本不能入睡！

I love this hotel but when you been reserving in it for awhile you will realize that the rooms are outdated the lightening in the room are pretty dark, above all the internet connection is so bad as they need to change their network or add more bandwidth for a not keeping disconnected every 5 seconds. Their customer service are great the bed is comfortable but the pillows are horrible and need to be updated. Overall I love it but if they just make some upgrade changes to the boring interior

When I entered to the hotel I got a smiley welcoming from the front desk team also they given a good room with pool side view it was a vacation trip with family. They enjoyed very lot thank you for the great experience it's very recommended hotel I will re visit again

We stayed at this hotel last year and were happy to return. Pros: Many changes to the pool area with addition of new beach/ bar area/ huts/ big screens. Friendly helpful staff with smooth check in. Spacious room with jacuzzi bath and shower. Kitchen/ fridge/ cooker/ microwave a bonus. Decent breakfast varied choice and egg station to make omelette/ fried/ scrambled as wish. Waitress Shreesha very pleasant and works very hard from breakfast to evening, nothing too much trouble. Decent room service for in room dining 24 hours. Fast reliable lifts. Good views if have room overlooking pool. Daily cleaning with free bottled water. Cons: Quite dated interior design, furniture. Lack of views if on road side of hotel and some road noise can be heard. Smell from bathroom, advised to have a/c on high setting for extractor fan but made room quite chilly. Unheated pool and jacuzzi. Limited TV Channel choice. Dimmer light only working in main bedroom. No bedside lamps so only main light could be used. Lack of cutlery in kitchen area.

The accommodation was fair but the food was of poor quality with a very limited options and the indian receptionist man in the black suit had a bad attitude since i arrived till i departed, the hotel doesn't have a buffet aswell so the service team will send the food directly to your room without bearing in mind Wether you are a vegetarian or you have allergies towards some foods.

There is good and bad about this hotel. The actual hotel staff and manager are superb. The staff in the outside pool and bar areas are NOT helpful at all. I believe they are contracted and a separate entity. They start rap / drum and bass music from early day light when the pool cleaner starts work. The music is totally unacceptable for a hotel that caters for families with lyrics containing lots of swearing and racist remarks. Whatever, you do... Get a room that does NOT overlook the pool area. My partner and I was located on the 5th floor overlooking the pool which is also on the same side as the 360 music night club. Don't expect sleep until the club closes at around 4.0 a.m. in the morning. They also host buffet & theme nights whereby the music supposedly stops at 8.0 pm. It does NOT...... Luckily the hotel manager moved us to the 11th floor on the other side of the hotel the next day. The bar staff tried over-charging me on my first night, so we never returned and would rather walk outside for a evening out. The gym is very good and the staff very helpful. Breakfast is more continental, but very adequate for the cost. If you stay at this hotel for the F1 period, you can walk a few minutes to "The K" hotel for a free shuttle bus. The food street and shops are only 10 minutes away, with lots of Malls close by.

The hotel is excellent. The whole facility and rooms are super clean. The breakfast is probably the Best I had in years at a hotel, the variety is vast and the meals are delicious. Notable mention to the stuff. Especially Mr Villas, who is trying his best every minute to make the customers experience as good as it can possible Be. He litterly called a private driver to take us to the Circuit and bring us back just to make our lives easier free of charge. He is an amazing guy and we would like to thank him for this amazing stay.

Staying at the Elite Crystal hotel has been spectacular. The staff and management is incredible. It’s clean and neat; Maria, Dayalal, and Lal Singh are the best. Shohel is friendly and attentive. Book now. You won’t regret it. Security is great and every one takes the time to say hello and make sure your every need is met promptly. The complimentary breakfast from 6:30-10:30 is quite delicious and they make your eggs fresh to order. You can’t find a better hotel to frequent whenever you are in the Kingdom. The men and women that work the front desk are accommodating and waste no time seeing to your needs. There is a phenomenal spa, gym, pool, restaurant, and club. Seriously, do yourself a favor and enjoy this luxurious hotel as soon as possible.

The room was very clean, and staff service was great. The breakfast was always good especially the omelet. The best highlight for this hotel was the gym. They have a dedicated trainer to help you workout and gives you great training his name was Nimantha great gym trainer he’ll watch over you and point out proper techniques. After a great workout the steam sauna is a great idea to finish.

Went here to check it out with plan to book brunch groups. Went in on lower floor no signs and cushions used to cover lower bar area. Noticed light up stairs so went up, went into bar area staff were completely uninterested and actually unpleasant. After order a drink I asked see brunch menu which was reluctantly delivered, with no explanation of times or what was included. I was then asked to pay for my drinks which were half finished and staff retreated inside with menu which I had less than 1 minute to look at. Drink are probably still there as I left and will never return
