Home sleeps 9 max; 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Steps from the Manasquan beach. We strictly rent to families and mature adults only (absolutely no exceptions). Home was just renovated. House is equipped with a handicap lift. 6 beach passes inlcuded. Please note towels and linens are not provided unless specifically requested for an additional fee. Can bring your own or rent from a local company. Information will be provided to you upon booking. Pillows and down comforters are provided. We provide everything you need (except for towels and sunscreen!) in order for you to enjoy your day at the beach - multiple beach carts, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, kids toys and couple of boogie boards.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.There is a Twin bunk bed with a trundle.About customRules:No unregistered overnight guests.
