Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. When purchased ($140/wk), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pets are allowed, up to 2 dogs under 50lbs. Note there is a $175 pet fee (plus tax) per stay; if you are bringing pets please let host know and provide details.
