A large lot & ample parking, so bring your RV or boat. We guarantee you'll want to stay awhile. A ring doorbell camera is on the property. No more than 8 people staying the night. And no more than 10 people on the property at a time during the day. Minimum age required for booking is 25. Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises. No smoking or vaping inside or on patio/pool area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.
