The fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances, has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and additional seating at the kitchen table allows you to enjoy meals with a view. The living room is a cozy haven with a smart TV, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The couch also doubles as a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This pet-friendly property includes a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for your convenience. The garage is stocked with beach essentials, including beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach towels, making your trips to Anna Maria Island effortless. For outdoor fun, guests can enjoy corn hole in the yard, while those who love fishing will appreciate the two fishing poles, tackle box, and tackle provided. The home also features a gas grill, perfect for outdoor cookouts. For families traveling with little ones, we’ve provided baby essentials, including high chair, to make your stay more comfortable and hassle-free. The master bedroom is a private retreat with a king bed, patio access, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully placed on the opposite side of the house: a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Bathroom 2 is conveniently located between these bedrooms. Step outside into the perfect backyard, featuring ample outdoor seating, a dining area, a lounging space, and a refreshing pool. The fully fenced yard is spacious and perfect for pets.
