Very nice room, overall clean and comfortable. I don’t understand why there is a kitchen if there is no utensils. I didn’t need it, but fix this for other guests. The water from the pool is not clear, so I didn’t swim. Breakfast is great, WiFi works well, water pressure great, AC perfect. Check-in takes too long, but in Brazil it is like this. I would come back.

Muito bem localizado, se formara Manaus e quiser sair sem carro é a melhor opção! Shopping de um lado, padaria na frente e um barzinho ao lado também!

Probably the best 4 stars hotel in Manaus. Way better than the Intercity Hotel. The rooms are clean and so is the swimming pool. The views are not as nice as other hotels in the city but definitely not bad. Would definitely come back if I am ever in Manaus.

Overall I am only giving 5 stars because I guess it must be hard to keep a good strandart within those level of humidity. But just to comment, it was a drop of water in the main reception with a bucket to collect water for about 3 days I stayed here, the breakfast was OK, and the last day no hot water. Thanks God the quality of the bed, and the bed sheet was amazing. I am a big fan of Mercure. The best Mercure? Not really, but again, considering the difficulties it was OK. Staff friendly too

Bugs on the breakfast food. Ugly red bug crawling on my bed. No English captions or English voice-over was available on any of the TVs in any of the rooms in the entire hotel. "It's not possible," the front desk's receptionist informed me. Only CNN in English. No vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Took a while to translate I wanted pasta with no meat and it was tasteless. I had to change rooms because of the bug. No hand soap or lotion in the bathrooms until you ask. 1 scratchy hand dry towel and 1 scratchy body towel in bathroom. Dogs barking outside both rooms I got. On my last night, I had to ask the front desk receptionist three times to quiet down the kids in the room next to me. Slow service. More issues but that's enough. Terrible experience overall.

In this hotel is really hard to find someone who speak any other language than portuguese; they do not speak english, spanish, Italian or any other. In addition, the makes you pay an additional tax if someone comes into your room just for few time, not to sleep of course, like the room was for two people when it is for one. Really strange! One night the elevator was opening and closing the doors all the night in the floor.... I couldn't sleep. One day I go for breakfast but there was a political talk, after a few minutes of waiting (there was no place to sit) I had breakfast in the middle of this talk with many people, photografers and so... another strange moment.

3 mauvaises expériences sur 3 récemment. Deux des trois fois il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, et non seulement il n’y avait pas d’eau mais lorsque je partais de ma nuit sans douche j’ai avisé la personne à la réception qui m’a tout simplement répondu comme si de rien était qu’ils en auraient le mois prochain! Ah bon, mais en attendant aucun avis en s’enregistrant pour la nuit!! Pour un meilleur prix vous pouvez obtenir beaucoup mieux à Manaus. Allez plutôt au Quality juste à côté.

Hotel bom bem localizado, perto do shopping manauara… quarto super aconchegante estilo flat com ótima roupa de cama! Cortina com BlackOut, chaveiro funcionando corretamente! Academia do hotel muito boa também ! Acho só que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções

Ótima opção de hotel em Manuas. Padrão mercure. Bom café da manhã, boa ducha,Internet de qualidade, boa piscina e academia e excelente localização. Perto de tudo...farmácia, mercado, shopping, restaurantes e tudo mais. Super recomendado.

Hotel tem excelente localização , bom quarto , boa cama . Bons funcionários. Fica próximo a shopping. Próximo ao supermercado. Enfim boa localização. A piscina ( deveria ter uma pequena cobertura) o sol de Manaus é muito intenso. Eu recomendo.

Hospedagem com muito aconchego, me sinto em casa mesmo, a equipe do hotel é super atenciosa comigo todas as vezes que me hospedo lá, fazem de tudo para agradar - já conhecem todos os meus gostos e preferências!

Dentro do esperado para o padrão da bandeira, mobiliário dos banheiros já requerem algum reparo ou até trocas, quarto amplo e confortável. Ponto negativo: - Valor cobrado para uma cama extra para a criança. Não justifica. - Restaurante internacional de mais. Em uma região em que um dos atrativos é a culinária local, havia uma oferta limitadíssima de itens regionais, privilegiando a geleia de maçã ao invés da de frutas amazônicas. Passa a impressão que o hotel não se importa com o produto e produtores locais, nem com os atrativos da cidade/região. - Requer atenção à manutenção dos elevadores, fizemos passeios desnecessários por falha do equipamento. Pontos positivos: - Quarto amplo e confortável - Staff atencioso e atento às solicitações - Área da piscina bastante agradável - Localização excelente, em área nobre e de fácil acesso.
