Bu kadar puanı nasıl aldığına inanamadığım bir otel deneyimi oldu yemekler çok vasat servis hiç yok oda temizliği berbat loby bardaki çalışanlar müşteri tersliyor Beach barda ki eleman türk kahvasinin tadına bakmak için parmağını cezveye sokup bakıyor Kaya ismi için tercih ettiğim oteliin sadece konumu gitmeye değer biraz daha bütçe ayırıp saha iyi yerlere gitmek lazım…

The food was amazing, there were a lot of pools and the events and shows were unique and very fun. I went with my family who has small children(ages 5 and younger) and they also had a lot of fun they have a children play place, a pool for children with slides and fun games for them. The room service was consistent and the mini bar was filled daily you could get drinks from anywhere in the resort and they also have a gym. The beach was amazing, it was big with two volleyball fields and daily volleyball games, the water was clean and they also had a beach bar. What I would improve is that there were only two slides for teens and adults, you can’t choose when you eat and the 3 person room and the 4 person room are very different in size, for example the 4 person room is twice the size of the 3 person one. But overall my stay was great and I would come here a second time.

Just home from a fantastic holiday here at kaya side. Was a last minute decision for my daughter and i to travel for this holiday but I am so glad we did. The hotel was lovely and provided a relaxed atmosphere around the pools. Being October the pools were cold this time of year but very big pools and lots of sunloungers, the beach was beautiful and a great place to relax in the daytime and good for swimming. Food was ok, always something but repeated we stayed 1 week. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Emerhan(not sure if this is correct i hope so) who works in the beach bar in the evenings. He made us feel so welcome from the 1st evening of our holiday such a kind and hard working person, always happy. Rooms were spacious and clean. We watched some of the shows in the evening they were ok, and my daughter loved the foam party and also the bubble fest. Overall was a nice place to stay and a great atmosphere .
