otele geldiğimizde odamızda yerde kum vardı. 2 dakikada her şeyi düzelttik, odayı temizledik.Her gün duş jeli, saç kremi, şampuan verildi, oda güzelce temizlendi.Yastıklar ve yatak örtüleri kirli çarşaflar, tüm yol boyunca yıkamazlar, bu yüzden biraz tatsızdı.Plaj havluları da çok eski ve kirliydi. Otelde yemekler güzel, tavuk var, balık var ama et çeşitleri servis edilmedi.Akşamları bir sürü sarhoş insan vardı. Yüksek sesle konuşuyorlardı. Bir kadeh şarap için balkonda sessizce oturmak istedik. Ama odamiza icki taşımamıza izin verilmedi.rezervasyon personeli çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdir ve herhangi bir konuda size yardımcı olacaktır.Sahilde gözleme var. çok hoş bir kadın. lezzetli yemekler yapar. Plajda alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler de bulunmaktadır. Her zaman yeterli yer, bol miktarda şezlong vardır. deniz temiz. ama hemen derin. alt kısım taş ve kumdur. okaliptüs ağaçlarının olduğu parkın içinden sahile 5 dakika yürüyün.İlginç eğlence programı animatörleri su topu var, akşam eğlencesi var, çocuk diskosu var.

Hotel is really perfect ! We are came first time this hotel and never will be last time for us The beach is ver close and just walking easy Turkish food’s perfect We was have just 1 problem’s about barman’s ! They rude and not smiling in restaurants!! its not good !! 1 person in hotel very friendly he is name i think Rudi he is really best !!

Very beautiful hotel , very clean Area Room’s is very clean very fresh , and we like to hotel too much And crazy dart with rudi !! So funny and nice Beach is very close to hotel and you can walk just 5 minutes also buggy everytime Thank you so much for nice holiday

Everyone was very interested,especially the animation team and Merve were very interested in us,thank you. Also, our room was clean and very good, the hotels evening shows were very entertaining, thank you very much to everyone who was interested we love Merve very much see you next year.

Hotel is really nice not so big and we don't like to big hotels Here is perfect for me and my wife Room's is very clean and nice Pool's are very clean and big Boccai is perfect with rudi on the beach Drink's very nice and coctail is really perfect!!

Very safe team, we are very satisfied with Merve personally. The rest of the team is also great, cheerful, very helpful and communicative. Atmosphere very nice, Service perfect, Animators team is beautiful, nice coctail bars, and more :)

Best Otel ever !! We likę to so much this hotel ! One man in animtion team he is name Rudii ! Very friendly very good special thank you to him Relax pool was very cool , Next time we will be herę again Beach snack is very delicous Relax holiday for us !!

The hotel itself is very beautiful, but we are not satisfied with the room. The floor in the room is worn and damaged .It takes a lot of effort to go out onto the balcony because the door doesn’t move — we informed the reception on the first day, and they promised to send a technician, but a week later no one has shown up. Unfortunately, I can’t upload a video of our balcony door here. We also didn’t have any blankets in the room, but luckily that issue was resolved quickly :) The bed is very comfortable and soft, but it’s better not to look under it — you might find anything down there: a pile of dust, trash, creams. The rooms are not cleaned properly! The room has many defects: the mirror light was hanging by its wires, some moldings were loose, the repairs were poorly done, and the bathroom shelf was about to fall off the wall. The balcony was very small and narrow. The price includes only local alcohol. Imported alcohol is subject to an additional charge. The food is tasty and the drinks are good. The pools are clean and the water is warm – overall, the pool area is very beautiful :) The hotel staff are polite and helpful. I especially want to praise the cocktail master Huseyin – he makes the best cocktails and is a lovely person in general :) I also want to praise Rudi – very friendly and nice :) It’s a bit disappointing that if you want a late check-out, you have to pay €30 per hour! I won’t be coming back to this hotel — there are better ones!

Good hotel, food is great and varity to choose from is good also, drinks are good, had to ask for extra blankets and room had some renovation deffect but not something that is a big issue, pools are cleans and hotell aswell room service and room cleaning is very good, staff is very friendly and helpful, also special thanks to Rudi he was very friendly and helpful 😃

1. There is a sign at the bar that they do not use plastic straws, but when you ask for paper ones, they simply do not have them and mix cocktails with some kind of their own spoon that they keep dipping into the same container, regardless of what they are mixing with it. 2. When you ask for a gin and tonic cocktail, they simply could not make it for 3 days because they did not have Schweppes. Therefore, in order to get this cocktail, you had to buy Schweppes yourself at the store and bring it to the bar. 3. Alcoholic drinks and ice are poured using a finger, i.e. there is no dispenser so as not to overfill, you cover it with your finger without even using disposable gloves. 4. The dishes and glasses are dirty, the glasses are painted and no one can see it. 5. In our understanding, this hotel should have had European drinks, not just local ones. 6. The room was dirty upon arrival, there was hair and crumbs on the floor. When asked to clean, they cleaned... they didn't clean, it was more like the truth after 3 cleanings. 7. Upon arrival, the air conditioner didn't work, they fixed it several times, leaving garbage from the repair work in the room 8. When the "do not disturb" light is on in the room, when we return we find a hair dryer (hair dryer) on the floor. 9. The balcony did not lock at all, when sitting on the balcony on a chair on clothes, plaster falls from the ceiling on our heads. 10. Upon arrival, the bedspreads were dirty, such a view that they were not even washed, everyone was given the same ones without any covers. During 9 days, the bedspread was not changed once. 11. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room. 12. In the common toilets, spa, outdoor area when going to the sea, there is a stench of sewage. 13. The water runs, smelling of chlorine. When my wife was bathing, after soaping her head, the water disappeared, which had not been there for about 30-35 minutes, so we had to wash our heads and wash ourselves using a kettle and water and plastic 1.5 l bottles. 14. Food - chicken every day, which is poured with sauce the next day and "goes" again as a new dish, you can forget about lamb. For 9 days the same fish was fried and nothing more. An even more decent dish was tuna salad, but they make 1 small container of it, and when it's finished they don't even offer to refill it. 15. The food outside at the snack bar is always cold. 16. There are shards outside along the pool, I pulled a shard out of my shoe because they allow you to bring glass cups, since they "don't use plastic", although the water in the fridge is in plastic containers 17. Variety of fruits - apples, pears, oranges and bananas. 18. Sunbeds not made up, birds "screamed" in the morning, a nail was sticking out on our sunbed, which you can hurt yourself with without seeing it. 19. In an a la carte restaurant, like a European one, I don't even know how to name it, but they brought shrimp baked with cheese. After eating the appetizers, they don't even chan

Currently on our 3rd night out of 10! And I am sick of hearing load banging music from the empty stage area! No consideration for all staying guests this goes on until 11:30 EVERY night! You cannot get away from it as not a very big hotel and rooms facing in have no sound proof what’s so ever! We have a 6 year old and 2 year old and we’re hoping for Sunday night to be peaceful all we can hear is loud music!!! And to top it off laser lights flying around every two seconds you room lights up! I’m afraid I will be complaining to the hotel in the morning but sat up at 10pm trying to settle a 2 year old my patented has really worn thin! Don’t come here if you would like peace in the evening! This shouldn’t be at a family hotel!

This is the perfect hotel berry blue all staff nice but Rudi is Best man Animation party is really nice and too much fun Food’s is okay and rooms is very ocean The next year we will come to again Herę Beach is also very nice and very close to hotel !!
