Flora Garden Beach Hotel - Adults Only 16 Plus - Couples Concept

What a stunning place. Never done adult only before and loved it The only thing I would change is the beach as it is stony, but we did know this before we went. Make sure you take beach shoes, or you will have to buy some there! There’s a shop on site which we didn’t go into. The only other thing outside of the complex is the main road (bit like the M25) and a cash point. Excellent all round. The room was basic but clean and the shower was fantastic. Relaxing location. There is a steakhouse and a tepanyki restaurant that you have to pay about €35 each to eat in, we didn’t bother. got one free seafood restaurant meal, which was excellent. We couldn’t get a late checkout, but they had facilities to accommodate a shower and could use the all inclusive until we left. The Wi-Fi is excellent service throughout the whole place including the beach. Live music every night. Very good bands followed by a disco. We don’t do the pool, but they had a quiet pool and an activity pool. Lots going in all day.

On arrival we experienced a fast and efficient check in to the room we had requested 516 .. which had lovely pool and sea views. As beach lovers .. our beach was clean and peaceful with plenty of bathroom facilities and the beach bar close by. Despite a language barrier there were a number of very friendly and attentive staff who enhanced our holiday experience. Only observation would be to educate security on which guests are staying at the hotel ( as there are no wrist bands) as constantly being stopped was stressful

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They really made us feel special. The food was delicious and there was lots of choice. The Boho bar was a great spot to have drinks and listen to music. The zen garden was peaceful and the piano bar had great entertainment from live musicians. It's a serene setting, with a lovely looking pool and private beach. The bus is easily accessible from the hotel if you would like to visit the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing adult break.

Start with positives,On arrival 27/8/25 we were met warmly by very efficient staff. The room, with Pool was amazing. The hotel in General Pool Areas, layout couldn't be faulted. The pool bar was excellent, staff fantastic, except the girl serving ice cream, she was mostly asleep, restricted portions like it was rationed, but then she sat and ate more than she served when she was awake. The Negatives are too many to list really. The location is probably the worst we have experienced. TUI avoid saying this, minimum 1hr 45mins from the airport. Unless you want to stay in a hotel land locked on a busy noisey motorway it's not for you, avoid. The beach is poor. The service in the restaurant is dire, the quality of food appalling. Don't venture for breakfast before 8.15 a.m Breakfast Chefs don't start until 8a.m. Evening food with the same offering all the time. Very unprofessional around 20% of the staff are any good, exceptions to the rule. We complained to the TUI rep to be told that cold food was "Cultural" e.g Lamb Chops cold as if they had been there an hour, chips were soft limp & Cold, cultural! Desserts you guess what they were, mostly cakes, no ice cream or cream to accompany them or even give you a choice when the cakes are too repetative. They should have ice cream self service freezer in the main restaurant at Lunch and Dinner. Spirits are all none branded in the exclusive deal. Question "Would you stay here again" Answer NO not a chance.
