A very enjoyable evening at the Italian restaurant We had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant during our stay at the Crystal Admiral. I came with my wife and our three children, and the staff made us feel really welcome. Service was smooth throughout the evening—attentive without being overbearing—and drinks were topped up before we even had to ask. The food was good and matched the description well. Everyone in the family found something they enjoyed, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, helped along by some nice live music in the background. All in all, it was a really nice evening—well worth booking if you’re staying at the resort.

The people can’t do enough to help you, food and choice is excellent. Loads of activities throughout the day for everyone.

Booked through loveholiday for my family. Overall was not a great experience with the hotel as the staff were bit rude and to be honest did not like the room as it was dirty on arrival had to call the stuff to co.e and clean. Food was good not excellent atmosphere was good pools were nice Overall was decent experience. Loveholiday had send a guide (Deniz liksoy) who came over an explain everything so nicely and kept on asking how was the stay and if we were fine or do we need anything else. We booked few packages with them jeep safari, rafting and hamam . Jeep safari was great experience with the kids they really loved it. We did the water fight and the boat ride was great it was worth going on. We went for rafting Deniz had booked with the person named Mustafa he was the guide for our rafting our my kids loved it . Lastly we had booked hamam. Experience for this was not great as I was been told that it will be only for ladies but unfortunately it was not what i was been told even the massage was not great at all it seems that they were in rush even man were coming in and out continues they did all the service in a rush as they wanted to get rid of us . Deniz was a great guide explain everything he explain so well and gave a great packages regarding going out ... I would highly recommend Deniz as a guide . Thank you loveholiday for your service.
