Avoid!!!!!! Terrible food, location far away from centre or shops, drinks absolutely disgusting (apart from beer which was one of the best beer we have had during all inclusive holidays)and most of the quests were Russians so all the games, music, even food were directed for them. Do not go there if you like quality food and drinks. The place is outdated but in very nice area of Side, however, like I mentioned before no shops or restaurants.

On average all as expected, took the opportunity to book while no school holidays, so looking forward to being able to relax by the pool for most of the day. Fitness season i expect loud music for maybe 40 minutes, No the pool guy banged techno out at full volume as well as any nationality of music, making it impossible to read sleep or even listen to your own music or even speak to your friends. This part of the hotel was a real disaster

The hotel and its staff were amazing. The rooms were very clean. Cleaned everyday. Came with a safe (free of charge) and mini bar which was stocked every day also free of charge. We had a room with a sea view. WOW! What a view!!! The lobby of the hotel gives you that WOW factor as soon as you walk in. The restaurants had an amazing amount of choice. All food was hot and freshly cooked. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast! There was a spa if you fancied a massage (extra charge). The pool and its surrounding areas were lovely. Very clean. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The cocktails were of good quality. There was an animation team who were superb and very friendly. There was entertainment everyday and very good. Shout out to Mustafa and Rambo who gave myself and my mum excellent service at the lobby bar and restaurants. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

**Review of Sede Resort and Spa, Side Turkey** I recently stayed at side Resort and Spa in side, Turkey, and overall, I’d describe the experience as *okay*, but not quite up to the five-star standard it claims. At best, it’s a solid 3.5-star experience. First, the food. While it was plentiful, as you’d expect from an all-inclusive, the quality wasn’t great. The cakes were dry, and there wasn’t even any English tea available, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the staff were very friendly and eager to help, especially the entertainment team. They really went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Most guests were Russian, French and German. The resort does offer a minibus service to nearby shops, which is convenient. However, if you’re visiting Turkey with hopes of scoring some decent fakes, I’d say don’t get your hopes up. The quality of the counterfeit goods was poor, and the prices weren’t anything special. While not all of the staff spoke English (which is understandable in Turkey), communication was generally okay. The cocktails were hit or miss, sometimes good, but nothing to rave about. The entertainment, however, left a lot to be desired. The disco and activities were more suited for toddlers, and the magician’s performance was memorable for the wrong reasons—he fell off his stilts, sending fire flying everywhere! The hotel arranged a trip to Liman Club, but the journey was overshadowed by an unfortunate fight between two guests on the bus. One major downside was the overwhelming smell of sewage that occasionally drifted through the hotel, If the wind blew the wrong way, the stench was unbearable, and it really affected the atmosphere around the resort. In summary, while I would consider returning, it’s mainly because the hotel offers decent value for the money. But if you're expecting luxury, you might be disappointed. It's a passable option, but there are definitely some issues that need to be addressed. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable and some towels had holes in them. The curtains were hanging off the windows. Cleaning staff were good and mini fridge was topped up daily.

I was a bit unsure after reading some reviews, but I needn't have worried. This hotel was just lovely, clean and staff were friendly. The animation team were great and worked hard as did all the staff! The pool was quiet in the morning and got busier throughout the day. The evening entertainment was very good also with a kids disco the a show on after. Plenty of sunbeds and didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to get one. Lots of cats about which were cute and friendly, which my daughter loved. Rooms were great, we had room 1119 on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel which seems to have bigger balconies than the other floors. Loved the light switch service for if you wanted your room cleaned or not. We ventured into the night club one night, but it was too loud for my daughter, but music seemed good. Location was ok, very close to where the Pirate ships go from and a 20 mins bus ride (1 euro or 25TL each) to Side old town for shopping. Although Turkey is definitely not as cheap as it used to be. I would highly recommend the horse riding that goes on the beach ❤️. I never go to the same place twice but I would definitely recommend this hotel.
