Look at the pics- the soap is not mine bytheway. The shower... well I am waiting 10pm for the plummer to fix the shower, he's currently purcasing nessesary bits. At reception, they were condecending asking me to waith for the ummer as he doest fly but drives, so it takes time 🤨🤥 whatever that means in hotel business... the room smells of cigarettes- the send a kind young man to spray me room with air freshener 🤯😜 dont be fooled by stars, food is also average, far from good turkish food.

Alper bey ve ziggy cok guler yuzlu ve ilgililerdi. Ayni otele 2. Gelisimiz, bir cok kez de gelmek istiyoruz. Ozellikle acik isitmali havuzun keyfi yagmurda bir baska guzeldi. Yemekleri lezzetli ve bol cesitli. Fiyat/performans harika.

The hotel is only oriented for russian people, only few from staff could speak English, cleaning service is terrible ( the room was cleaned just few times per week) , the food is almost the same all days, everywhere dirty, , in room smelss cigarretes, if you want wifi in your room, you will be extra charged…

hotel worth recommending, hotel staff nice and polite, rooms clean, food excellent. Wifi around the reception without any problems. Interesting animations for children. Worst experience ever: rubbery (5 rooms, incl. our room, were rubbed within 2 days)! dirty territory; dirty toilets; dirty rooms (we found broken glass on the floor upon check-in!); irresponsive administration; hotel manager Suleiman lies to visitors and police, we suspect bribery is in place, as the investigation stuck without any progress.

In general, the hotel is about 3-4 in terms of territory and rooms, the food is not the worst, but the biggest minus is that all the money and AirPods headphones were taken out of the room.The hotel management quickly conducted an investigation, looked that cleaners and a guest (i.e. me) came into my room using cards and said That there was no stranger and that means I'm lying and that I can complain to anyone you want, I still have no evidence, based on which I conclude that it covers .staff or in collusion.Be careful.

I was quite worried about the bad reviews before going but now here is my honest review (may 2023): It is definitely not 5 star hotel, so if you are looking for luxury, it is not for you. Cleaning quality could be much both in rooms and other areas around hotel area. Another minus is that walls are very thin - if you get a neighbour parent yelling at their kids, you can hear literally every word they say. Wifi is almost non-existant - there should be wifi in lobby area but the connection is very bad. BUT this is mostly good for vacation - no need to scroll on the phone :) Nevertheless, I would actually recommend this hotel if you don´t have anything against russian tourist (they form I would say 98% of guests) or just children and a bit loud voices, because guests are mostly with kids :) Hotel area is very nice, pools are cool, food is delicious, personal is very friendly (yet probably straight from high school mostly but thats okay, they really try their best especially at the restaurant area).

Были с подругой в Турции первый раз ( до этого - Албания, Италия. Испания). Нам понравилось. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда помогает, вкусная и разнообразная кухня, красивые новые комнаты (мы жили в корпусе Д на первом этаже, №4105), красивая территория, много деревьев, цветов и котов, пляж очень близко. Не знаю, кто пишет плохие отзывы - да, в номерах полы не моют, но мусор убирают ежедневно, в ресторане и на территории постоянно следят за чистотой. Море чистейшее, но мешает галька... подсыпать бы на пляж пару грузовиков песка было бы неплохо)) Для детей много развлечений и в сезон наверняка шумновато.. но мы попали в последний заезд, нас даже переселили в конце на 2 дня в соседний отель (у них один хозяин). , так что есть с чем сравнить. Еще вопрос, что хуже: шумные дети или выпившие взрослые))
