The Hotel is clean with great service and is excellent for a relaxed holiday. Our room is large with a great balcony. The hotel is quiet at the moment so there are plenty of sunbeds. The entertainment team provide activities for those who want to join in throughout the day and evening. Premium drinks are available at all bars at no extra charge.

Unfortunately photos are MUCH better than reality.... They have used photoshop, and a lot.... FOR SURE, THE HOTEL ISN'T AN LUXURY HOTEL!!!!!! IF THAT IS LUXURY, I'M PRINCE OF ENGLAND!!! First "surprise" on the check-in day THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY POORLY CLEANED, Food is VERY poorly seasoned!!! Wine is very off.... Entertainment is cool! For sure, won't recommend their A la carte!!! Disappointment GUARANTEED!!! Poolside is nice! But that's about it....

Hotel guests were predominantly young Russians. So karaoke and just about all announcements on the stage was in Russian. Very loud rap music played by the pool all day long, so loud you couldn't have a conversation without shouting. The managers were addressed in genes and trainers, not very professional or easy to identify. The rooms were nice, food was okay and there were some premium drinks included in the all-inclusive package. Although some days certain brands weren't available, they just put empty bottles on the shelf to make the bar look good. The pool was nice with some entertainment throughout the day. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. There is a bus to the beach that runs very regularly. The beach is ok but the beach bar could do with a tidy up.

Great location, lots of good markets around the hotel. Beach is just walking distance but you can take a bus as well to get there. They don't make cocktails at the beach bar, only soft/alcoholic drinks but the food there at the snack bar is really good and fresh – grilled chicken/fish, fresh salad and fruits, gozleme, burgers, pasta, fries. Entertainment is amazing, animators are fun and interactive, there are shows every night, food is great and always fresh, we had big prawns and quail, pulled beef, pasta in a big block of parmesan cheese, grilled chicken, fish, the choice is good. I personally didn't really like the desserts, only a couple of them but I was prepared to it, because they are usually just way too sweet. About drinks, i love mojitos but the bar staff mostly just says no, they can't make it, only a few cocktails from their cocktail menu, that was a bit disappointing. But they make non alcoholic cocktails too which is great. Rooms are good and they clean them every day. Now, about Russian people, there are a lot of them here and therefore the music mostly and karaoke are usually in Russian. Especially it's quite annoying at night because music finishes not earlier than 12 am. We had to change the room number because of it but the second room was much better and i was happy that I still heard the music but at least not that much.

This Hotel is aimed at young Russians aged 18-30. If your in that age group then it will be great. If your looking for relaxation then forget it!! Looks like a 5 star hotel but to be honest I've been in better 4 stars in Turkey. Staff were ok but not the best. Food was ok but a bit repetitive and Tbh waiting in a queue for a buffet is not exactly 5star. Pool is lovely but very loud music all day. Beach is lovely and more peaceful. Overall it's a nice hotel but could be much better. Definitely would not recommend unless you can handle Russian Karaoke 😀

It’s a great place for the rest for our family. Good food. Nice night parties. Clean rooms. pool is very dressing we love chillin on the pool also free drink my fovurite part of hotel. Ceyda is great animator, we love to dance and go to water gym.

Hotel was 10/10!! The staff were absolutely incredible! Big shout outs to the Food & Beverages manager (sorry forgot your name - MY STRAW!! 😂), Jada, Jenya, the dining staff, pool bar guys. You made myself and my friend feel so welcome 🫶🏼 There is so much food selection & fresh fruit and veg everyday! This place is deffo my new home away from home 🫶🏼

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and good food, lots of activities to join in with, the views are lovely and weather has been perfect for our stay, we have really enjoyed our time here and would defiently come back again in the future with other friends/family

Lovely hotel, all facilities are amazing! The animation team are really friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to get involved in during the day and evening! Food and drink is lovely and lots to choose from. Available all day as well. Couldn’t ask for more
