Ali BEY Resort Sorgun

I research our holidays in a big way and chose Ali Bey for lots of reasons. All of them turned out to be spot on. We were uograded to a suite room which was amazing. The regular rooms were just as nice just smaller. The gardens, buildings, pools, all of it were beautiful. The adult pool one of the most beautiful we've seen. The beach immaculately clean, the staff genuinely helpful and caring. Gezim at the patisserie coffee bar was amazing, truly wonderful. Ezra at breakfast and lunch and Cenk at the Rumi bar, brilliant. The food was excellent, a definite Turkish theme for half of the selection with plenty of pasta, Chinese, pizza, seafood, sushi and desserts too good to eat. 25 min walk along the beach to Side, so pretty, clean and picturesque, really. Downsides, trivial... TV choice limited, gym is an extra cost but it is world class... That's about it. 9 out of 10 from us. Thank you Ali Bey.

The resort was a beautiful place everything was very beautiful and all the staff were attentive and helpful at all times which was really nice I went with my daughter who is 4 years old and she absolutely loved the Mima Club the care they provide for the kids is really nice and all the staff were brilliant Salim the manager was great at keeping the day organised with a timetable and lots of activities for kids to do I would like to say thank you for all the staff at the Mima Club Jasmin, Irina, Katya, Ksusha, Dilnoza, Vika, Irem, Hilal, Olga The whole team were fabulous with the kids and I am so glad that the experience for my child was also a very happy one as she loved to visit the club each day thank you for the wonderful staff

Staff very professional friendly and helpful. Resort absolutely amazing luxurious. Food such variety and well cooked . Plenty of too. Rooms very comfortable and plenty to do and entertainment . A very safe environment. Weather changeable but didn’t matter! I’m def going back . Pickleball Tennis Waterpark Aqua Aerobics Yoga Volleyball Table Tennis Darts and more . Warm Pool and plenty of swimming and relaxing pools .

I stayed in the hotel for 7 days with my family. It was wonderful stay and vacation as it went soo fast. For sure I will be back again and recommend to everyone I know. It was just one to remember till the end!! Starting from room was perfect, the meal was wonderful, the nature and landscape was facinating, the restaurants were very fast and qualitative in service, also the pool and sea was outstanding. From the people precisely I want to thank starting from room service Hatice, waiters Ibrahim, Yakup, Ahmet Can, in seacost tireless Mehmet, lifeguard Burak, and all the serviceman they were all wonderful indeed to me and my family. Negative feedback I dont want to give but only an advice. I would mention one person called Samed (waiter). He was talking too much and arguing with us. He needs to understand and to know to fulfill client needs not to try to teach them. Thank you Alibey Family and see you again next times!!!

I regret to say that my recent stay at Ali Bay Resort in Turkey was far from enjoyable. Our visit was marred by a series of unfortunate events and inadequate responses from the hotel staff. Firstly, I suffered from severe food poisoning during my stay, which left me feverish and confined to my room. Despite clearly needing assistance, the hotel staff offered no help or support, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, my son experienced discrimination in the kids’ club, where most of the children—mainly Russian-speaking children—were prioritized for activities, and he was left out of some group activities. This was particularly upsetting and unacceptable. To add to our discomfort, we were mistakenly woken up at 10 PM by a server who mixed up rooms. This disturbance, especially with a baby who then couldn't sleep until 3 AM, was worsened by the receptionist's follow-up call questioning the validity of our stay. Moreover, during our stay, the room service also forgot to change the bedsheets at one point, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The hotel's response to our complaints was dismissive, minimizing our concerns and failing to address the core issues. This overall experience has been far from what we expected, and I hope the management at Ali Bay Resort takes these concerns seriously to prevent future occurrences. Based on our experience with the service and treatment we received, I would recommend exploring other options rather than staying at Ali Bay Resort.

The place was amazing and the staff made the experience a memorable one, especially arda and johnny as they were very friendly with everyone and made it their best effort to make our experience the best it could have been
