We had a lovely nights stay at The Reach, the room was beautiful, perfect facilities and a really comfy sleep, will definitely be staying here again. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast is delicious, we went for the Manchester Muffin and there are lots of options to suit all tastes.

I have recently returned to The Reach for my second stay in two months - and will be booking again soon. The hotel offers great vibes for any occasion/trip type in a fab location that's just the right amount of distance away from Manchester's hustle and bustle, but close enough to be in walking distance of bars, shops and entertainment. All the staff greet you with a friendly smile and genuinely seem to want to make your stay special. Particular thanks to Nathaniel who gave my friends and I some recommendations of decent bars to go to which I felt really added to our experience, and Kate who made sure we were well looked after during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order which I thought was really classy, not to mention delicious! The room itself was stylish, comfortable and love the little touch of refreshments/drink station. Cannot wait to return again!

The most stunning hotel, we stayed as a group of friends and loved every second and really got the chance to relax and unwind. The room was beautiful with views down to the canal and a huge comfy bed and with lovely bedding. They have thought of everything that the room could need and the staff are all honestly a real credit to the hotel. A special mention to Nathaniel who really went above and beyond to make our stay really special, much appreciated. Every single staff member we spoke to was lovely and all really went the extra mile. Breakfast was insane! A two minute walk from the train station was a fab bonus and close to town a fab location.

Just checked out of the The Reach At Piccadilly Hotel in Manchester and we are so impressed! The hotel is lovely, really modern & spotlessly clean. They give chocolates to all children with a little story behind it, plus a seed card to plant at home 🌻. Customer service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend 🙌🏼⭐️.

We recently got recommended to visit The Reach, Manchester from a trusted friend and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing afternoon tea at Lock 84. The vibe was spot-on, very relaxing, modern, and effortlessly cool. The decor added to the overall atmosphere, we were seated with a lovely view of the canal, which made everything feel even more special. What really made our visit exceptional was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. A special shoutout to the manager, Nathaniel, who really went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the inspiration behind the cocktail names and even shared some fascinating history about the lock itself. His charisma and sense of humor brought an extra layer of fun to the whole experience. As for the food, it was far from your typical afternoon tea — everything felt elevated and thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling happy and very well looked after, even asking if we could buy a jar of their piccalilly. Highly recommend it! We can't wait to book again to experience the rest of the menu!
