Lovely clean hotel friendly helpful staff nice breakfast good sized clean room the only negative is the toilet (separate from the bathroom ) small enclosed space painted dark grey felt very claustrophobic but that just my view

If U R on a biz trip, avoid the rooms without desk which is for tourists only. Staffs are trying to help but only after 3 nites finally I got a room I want, and the upgrade room with extra cost is good for biz finally~a bit lag vs the expectation from a 4-star hotel I have to say

Good location which near bus terminal and train station. Very clean room and big bed! China town just next the the hotel. City central easy to find good restaurants and supermarket. Staffs are good and helpful. A very good experience with Novotel!!

It’s my boyfriend’s birthday and I requested for some little surprises for him. I tried to contact the hotel through the WhatsApp they provide but no one is answering, at last they didn’t do anything for it not even saying happy birthday to him. Also I have paid in the app but they keep saying that I haven’t and this makes me really annoyed.
