Desent hotel with all the amenities right in the town centre. Perfect for its price. They tried providing with all the amenities too only thing they could keep it a bit more clean

You get what you pay for! Can’t complain too much as was £30 for 1 night and we used it just to get on the train to the airport. Windowless room. Stinks. Walls are paper thin. 1 thin pillow. Probably would never stay again but again.. what can you expect for £30 a night !

The location is perfect. The place is a little old but all is clean works fine. No noise or disturbances at all.I am very happy with me staying there.

Convenient location, decent rooms for why you're paying for!

Room was so clean. Location was excellent. Only issue was we keep waking up due to the squeaky floors and the noise of footsteps from outside our room as it was so loud. However, it was a really nice place to stay for a holiday. Comfy room! Will come back! ✨⭐️

Great for the price as the location is excellent, however the room was very poorly ventilated and extremely hot making sleep and relaxation within the room very difficult.

The entire room did not have any ventilation and was boiling hot at night. The fan provided made things worse.

Did what I needed, a bit dated. 3 x more expensive than when I stayed before. Being picky the breakfast knives need sharpening or replacing, but the breakfast was good.

Went to a concert great for a clean bed for the night close to town centre so a good location

Honestly, I’m really disappointed. The room was just alright—not what I expected—but the real issue was the girl at reception on the 5th of May 2025. I booked a room with a city view, and that’s not what I got. When I politely asked about it, she immediately got rude, defensive, and dismissive. She claimed there are no rooms with city views at all—so was the listing just a lie? Either way, it felt like I was being talked down to instead of helped. It was my first time in Manchester and definitely not the welcome I hoped for. If this is how staff are trained to treat paying guests, something needs to change. Either that staff member seriously needs retraining, or management should start paying more attention to what's happening at reception. First impressions matter—and this one was a letdown.

The staff we're friendly and nice. The room was clean but we couldn't find where the toiletries are.

I booked a single bedroom just for a night. Very affordable comparatively. Got free wifi and all other amenities. Luggage storage available for an extra 5 pounds. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, room is decent, but the noice control is really bad, I could hear loud music from the street even when I have my windows closed. Also at around 9am the fire alarm ran and scared me out from sleep. The hotel charged £5 for luggage storage but what really disappointed me was the attitude of one of those managers. I was kindly asking if they could at least give me some kind of proof saying that I was the only one staying in - cuz I need to claim my expenses and trying to make sure my expenses match with my itinerary. The receptionist was kind and trying to help, but one of those managers just appeared to be so rude, with her face pulled up and said that - oh we can’t do that cuz we are not sure how many people you have brought in. I think that’s an insult - they have cctv to monitor, I was staying only by myself. And, at least, if they can’t help they just say they can’t, what’s the point of saying things like that.
