Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport recensioner

Hotel was great. Staff were fabulous. But the housekeeping was really lacking. This was our bathroom. Black mould everywhere and several jet black hairs (we are all blonde) FIX YOUR Bathrooms!!! This was the question part of our stay!! FYI food was great. Service was OK. Server was friendly but was a little distracted talking other staff and we were left waiting a while... Pick up next morning was immaculate service. Unreal!! There at an instant ans super helpful

Yeah, it was a very nice very convenient  for the airport had a good night sleep ready for my ride in the morning 

Good location, staff friendly and food is very good! Only issues are: 1. The menu you get when you scan the QR code states a tray charge of £5.50, but it’s actually £6.50. 2. There’s absolutely no soundproofing of the room so you can hear EVERYTHING outside the room from people walking past, people above you using the toilet which is incredibly unhelpful when you’re staying there to get a good sleep before an early morning flight. Other than this, it did the job :)

Only stayed for one night before our flight. Had a very tasty salmon meal at a reasonable price in the restaurant. The room was clean, quiet, ideal for a restful sleep. The walk to Terminal 1 from there took about 10 minutes. A little awkward around the busy roads.

Is def a nice hotel. Nice bar area. Rooms were excellent too. The wi fi in my room was rubbish kept going off so had to hotspot. Ordered the Soup one evening at the bar and it was a tiny portion very stingy helping. All said I would stay again most likely.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location on the airport, giving us a wonderful start to our holiday.

Beautiful hotel I booked the standard king size room it was lovely the bed was so comfortable and I got a free complimentary drink from the bar on arrival,I had a continental breakfast in the morning 10* I will definitely stay again

Decent for an airport hotel, parking is expensive but cheapest parking around compared to other airport hotels.

I stayed for one night to catch an early flight the next day. I was given a room that was intended for a disabled person with unfamiliar appliances that were inconveniently low. The central heating was not working and there were temporary heaters near the bed. However, the bathroom was freezing cold and taking a shower was an uncomfortable experience. I mentioned all this at reception when I checked out and was told that I should have raised these issues after checking in. The staff considered that it was my responsibility to obtain a suitable room rather than the responsibility of the hotel to provide one. I was left with the feeling that the hotel's first choice was to give me the least desirable room and only change it if I complained.

Fab Hotel is flying from terminal 1 or 2. Walking distance, great breakfast, and restaurant. Never used the gym but functional.

Lovely hotel my only down side there was only one bath sheet and there was two of us staying

Fantastic hotel.Room was immaculate. Facilities very good.Staff very helpful and friendly. Location to T1 was 5 min walk so very handy indeed
