Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West Hotel

Great location Tidy room and great customer service Recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a work meeting. It's pretty much a standard Premier Inn, you know what you're going to get. The check-in on the screen worked perfectly, paid and then setup the room key, no need to even speak to anyone! Room was clean and had everything required for a short stay. Bathroom also fine with good shower pressure (although I would like to have a handheld attachment instead of just the rain shower head) Room cost was high, but so are all the hotels in the city centre. But no complaints about my room and didn't need to speak to any staff as I had no issues. Check out was also quick, just left the key in the box on the way out, and later that day received my email invoice. Hotel is in a good location, short walk from the train stations and millions of restaurants. Would happily stay here again.

Decent accommodation in the city centre with comfy bed and good food in restaurant at a fair price. The staff was very happy to help an did everything to make stay as pleasant as possible The hotel might not be the newest, but it will be my first choice when visiting Manchester in the future
