Svar från boendet: Hello there Ma,Thank you for your review and such positive scores. We mostly offer self-service apartments, so we don't do cleaning every day. We do however offer amenities such as extra towels and toilet rolls for free upon request. If you stay longer than one week we do provide a cleaning service once a week. I'm sorry to hear you struggled with your luggage, as we are an apart-hotel rather than a hotel, we do not have designated staff members to assist with luggage. Some of our rooms are reachable by elevator the entire way though, so if you stay again we can look at allocating you one of those rooms :)best wishesGrace
