Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central recensioner

Went to a show at Bridgewater Hall very close by. Enjoyable stay

Good stay at the Leonardo, but when we checked in we were asked to pay even though we had prepaid through Trip.com. I paid without thinking it through, but realised when we got to the room. They refunded without any issue, but I think this is a problem as some people wouldn't realise and would end up paying twice.

A very very worrying check in interaction with the manager of the hotel he seemed like he was high on some sort of ***** and his eyes were like biscuits. He also took later about 15mins later on to try and charge me for items I wanted to purchase from the front desk, even the security checked on him to make sure he was alright. Over the last 5 years I have stayed here many times for leisure and work. Always has been great hotel and staff, hotel was as usual was perfect I think they just need to address this staffing issue

Good location with supportive staff. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. I will re-book if needed.

Staff is good, parking at 5 minute walk rooms are older than pictures, average breakfast. Just ok

Great location! Breakfast was decent. Room has the essentials and clean. The hotel doesn’t provide parking although they do have a Q park multi storey car park short walk away and a discount available you need to pre book (can be done the same day). Overall staff were friendly and approachable. A big shoutout to the night porter for keeping the takeaway safe! Many thanks! Good value for money considering location. :)

Amazing hotel, booked for a work event close by. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Booked a superior room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a wide range to choose from!

Service was the best part of this hotel. Some parts of the hotel need to be refreshed. Very tasty and delicious breakfast

great hotel.but being told we had to pay a £1 at check in because they didn't have the room we booked a month before.and had to have the disabled room with a wet room.which we didn't need.the drain for the shower leaked so the whole bathroom was flooded

Freshly painted as there was a painted smell in the room but it didn’t bother me too much. Location is great and the staff are wonderful!

Love the service provided and the place is near to the public transport. Easy to access

A great hotel in the city centre and 50yds from Bridgewater Hall so ideal for any concerts. 60yds from the Conference Centre. A short 10min walk to Albert Square and the many shops, cafes and centre.  Nice room/beds/bathroom - no issues  Breakfast - well stocked buffet style, with coffee/tea/juice and pastries/Danish and continental style also.  TBH - stayed here a few times when it was a Jury’s Inn but now Leonardo’s - no issues.
