Spider on the bed. Paid WiFi. Paid toothpaste. Cold. Auto stop air conditioner. Such a great hotel.

房間比較大，設施比較新，衞生間乾淨。需要站在浴缸裏淋浴，打掃衞生需要告知前台。

房間不算太大，但挺乾淨的很不錯，距離centra走路也就10min位置很好，前台小哥也很熱情，離機場火車站都很近

挺好的，香香的，房間也很大，物美價廉，前台小姐姐超級友善。

房間很乾凈，地理位置偏差

Great location and with easy parking. Good for city centre, coop live, ethiad, etc. Great staff, very attentive. Clean and comfortable as usual with the Premier hotels. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Couldn't fault anything

Amazing hot breakfast and great staff members. Place looks great with all of their easter decorations. Absolute mint place, service, dedication and hospitality are through the roof. Big cheers and love to team princess street. Tarun, Dominic, rami and Dylan.

Great service from professional, yet friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. I'm a regular because of the layout out the building, its cleanliness, comfort, great food and drink, but above all, the staff, who are amazing. They're responsive and always with a smile.

The cleaner stole my Tom Ford aftershave. The WiFi was terrible. The air-conditioning automatically turns off so the temperature changed which woke me up. The bed, pillows, and shower were excellent. Overall I wouldn't recommend based on being robbed. Security is crucial.

stayed here whilst attending the manchester punk festival 2025, the hotel is on top of a multi story car park, so the hotel reception is on the 9th floor, with all the hotel floors above that. check in is fully self service and really easy to do once you have your qr code that they email to you, and check-out just involves dropping your card in a card box at reception. there are only two lifts for the hotel floors, and one of them didn't seem to be working at all for the weekend, but i wasnt delayed too much to-ing and fro-ing as a result of this, which was good. room was nice and big, hotel was pretty quiet overall, no major door slamming that i can recall, and the bathroom is an actual room and not a "pod" like a nearby hotel. i didn't go to the hotel bar or restaurant at all so cannot comment about those. all in all, a decent enough hotel, but maybe a bit expensive for what you get, but i think this is more influenced by the football matches that were happening over the easter weekend.

Overall poor experience. Staff weren't friendly or particularly nice. Couldn't check in before 3pm when other hotels in the area had a 2pm check in time. Staff tried the hard sell on an early check in fee when I asked if I could check in at 2:30pm. Paid for breakfast, the food wasn't great, was slightly cold and the selection in other Premier Inns I've stayed in was better, as was the quality. Room was very poor. Can't put it any other way but there was snot, hairs and dirt on the sheets. Overall I'd pay extra to stay somewhere else in future if I'm in the locality.
