Great Location, but rooms are quite noisy from sounds of the old building, neighbors etc. Rest all fine.

The hotel room was poorly lit. Arriving at night and entering the room, I immediately felt very uncomfortable.

Overall was good but construction going on hence it was dusty

There was an insect on the bed. Wouldn’t go there again. The manager didn’t even offer to resolve the issue.

Few minutes walking to city centre! Room equipped with cooking equipment and washing machines!

Friendly staff and the apartment was clean with everything you’d need.

Good quality rooms with a great location and within walking distance to most places

This is an amazing hotel especially in terms of size of room. We stayed in 1 bed apartment which is huge. Lovely decor and kitchen facilities. The apartment is also really quiet, we haven’t heard any noise at all compared to some central Manchester hotels. Also loved the shower. The check in staff were very friendly and found us a room to check in early. We will definitely stay here next time we visit the area.

The service was okay. The room was very loud, you could hear people walking in the corridor outside and there were 2 other room doors right next to ours so you could always hear people coming and going. This would often wake us up during the night too. The room layout was very different to online photos, and the window was very small in the corner not allowing much light in. Not all of the lights in the room worked, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom also didn’t work. There wasn’t a maid service so towels were not changed throughout the stay, and without the radiator our towels were damp throughout our stay. Also, need bigger pillows for the bed. The hotel style and decor is really cool, just sadly other things really let it down.
