The location is very good, view is very beautiful, room is clean

Situated across from the Manchester Cathedral in a pedestrian area ..so taxis can only get up the back lane to the hotel . The bell ringers were going for two hours 7 to 9 .. ! Very close to the Arndale centre ie loads of shops .. Clean , small room ..I booked a single ensuite . No lift ..I was on the second floor , but the staff helped with my big suitcase . The labyrinth of rooms got a bit confusing ! ...Breakfast was excellent ..a great range of foods .. buffet style ..and they take orders for cooked breakfast ...Very reasonably priced ..good value for money .. There's a bar serving food .. and I think some entertainment on certain nights .

The location is good but the room is not good. Toilet has very strange noise and the service is just plain. Generally, it is ok if you would like to save money but you should not expect a very good experience because it only could make you have a in-room overnight.

Absolutely shocking disgrace of a hotel. The staff are either inept or shockingly rude, and sometimes even both. The woman who checked me in to the hotel warned me to “look out for the rubble” on the top floor because there was a massive gaping hole in the roof that builders started working on at 7:30am every morning! I didn’t get a single good nights sleep here. The bathrooms are also shared, and I think this is the case for all rooms - I asked another receptionist if any rooms have a private room and she said “dunno”! A joke.

Lovely place , very nice location. It is the best place for lodging.

The location is nice and the staff are very friendly. But the Wi-Fi is so bad and you have to pay for the shampoo and toothpaste, which is really ridiculous.

The perfect hotel for a short stay in Manchester city centre. The location is ideal and the hotel is still not loud over night on a weekend. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The corridor leading to the room smelled awful though and it could've been a little bit cleaner in general. However, I definitely recommend the hotel.

Great location so near to the station and AO arena , very friendly staff both in the hotel and bar area. The food was fantastic too, would of course use again when next visiting the area.

Went to an event at the AO arena and decided to stop over and do some shopping. Hotel is perfect location. Rooms clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in many city centre. The bar had a great atmosphere and the breakfast there in the morning was good. Although the site advertised parking the car park is actually 5 mins walk away and you do have to pay extra but get a discount from the hotel.

Dreadful place, very unfriendly, stay away! Don’t book even if it’s cheap!

Good service, but a bit inconvenient because no lift. Not recommend to bring big luggages
