Yotel Manchester Deansgate recensioner

A great hotel. The only thing stopping us from giving it 5 stars is the fact it was difficult to get down one side of the bed-awkward during the night. And the tea and coffee amenities are at a shared station on each floor, but it took us 3 floors to find a cup. Otherwise a great hotel in a very central location with good facilities.

Perfect budget friendly hotel. We stayed here for one night and it was just what we needed. Great location, near loads of restaurants and bars. The reception/bar area was cool and quirky. The staff were really friendly from start to finish. We got the no window king room, which had a massive bed and tv which loads of lighting. Was compact but worked well. The free coffee machine is an added bonus. Overall great experience and i’ll be back for sure

Wow!!! We stayed in a first class king room and it was brilliant. The room was so clean and crisp and the toiletries in the bathroom were plentiful. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco for our room and it was cold and delicious. Our breakfast was delicious with almost everything available (no dairy free margarine (flora or similar) for on toast. We did have a slight problem with a dog in the room next door but we were given another first class king room within 10 minutes and it was exactly the same as our original. We were treated with such amazing service by any staff member we spoke to and would not hesitate to stay here again on any other trip to Manchester. The hotel was central to the trains stations we were travelling to and from and perfect walking distance to the AO Arena for a performance we had booked. We cannot fault anything with this stay and left feeling so refreshed despite not visiting the gym.

Great location close to spinningfields, lots of good restaurants nearby

Had a short stay but found the location ideal, close to main transport links. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar area is really cool. The room had a bit of a cheap feel to it, and I understand they are going for an industrial/retro look, but that just felt like an excuse to be really cheap in room design. Could also hear the plumbing from other rooms at all times.

I personally wouldn’t stay here again. We called before reaching the hotel to ask about parking to be told we would get discount for parking at a near by multi story. When we left the hotel and asked for the discount code we never received one! So £34.99 to park!  When we reached the hotel we paid £20 to check in early to realise we were charged twice for this!!  The rooms were ok and some of the staff were nice whilst others weren’t helpful at all!  Paid extra for breakfast which when we hit down there was no clean tables no plates and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly! The food was ok but the bacon was all stuck together in clumps! Hotel was pretty central though!

Simple, straight forward, the bed was so hard like I think it was made of cardboard the frame and it was a bed mat not a full mattress

Toilet drainage is very poor, whole toilet floor is wet after taking shower. Those pipes on ceiling make noises when other rooms are using washroom, which is super annoying during mid night and early morning, as we cannot control other guests using washroom

An excellent hotel experience! For the price point, so much better than boring Travel Lodge or Premier Inn! Great staff, well designed rooms, great bar and coffee facilities and water stations were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Did I mention that the staff were brilliant! Keep it up!

We had a wonderful night’s stay in Yotel. The room was contemporary and modern with a lovely shower and very comfortable bed.
