Very convenient location, relatively big room size. Excellent bedding for very good sleep.

The location and quality of this city centre hotel can’t be beat in central Manchester. Have stayed in many hotel but stay here exclusively now.

The hotel in the down town area near in china town and so many restaurant and bar . the staff help us for fast check out and call taxi. We will come back to book thr hotrel If I visit manchester city.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Car parking just round the corner £21.75 if you use NCP APP. Thats for 24 hrs

Good breakfast buffet. But the room service doesn’t function well. We called from room several times without response.

Wonderful location and right next to the Chinatown. Just 10 min from the Manchester Airport Express station.

Good location - approx 10mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. However didn’t feel safe wandering the area in evening on my own. Greeted by receptionist who walked me through self check in machine. Room was well appointed and looked clean. Liked that hotel provided crisps, chocolate, soft drinks and water for free in addition to the tea/coffee and biscuits. Bed was comfy. Breakfast options were good with free from alternatives. Checkout was easy via email link which I did while eating my breakfast then simply handed card key upon leaving,

有專門的三人房間，兩個雙人床，住的都很舒服。 早餐種類很豐富，典型的英式早餐，而且麪包、水果、果醬的種類比一般的要豐富很多。 地理位置很好，出門就是唐人街，距離*** village和圖靈塑像花園也非常近，去shopping mall稍微遠一點，但十多分鐘也都走到了，總體很方便。

在唐人街邊上，位置很熱鬧，一張一米二，一張0.8，衞生間會時不時發出嗡嗡聲，被子應該是棉被，總體覺得可以吧！

地理位置不錯，馬路對面就是唐人街。酒店可以自主Check In/Out，電梯也快，設施也比較新。

1、酒店枕頭非常的僵硬，一個很軟一個很硬，讓他們換，他們説枕頭都是一樣的 2、電話裏服務態度差勁。 3、房間house keeping不補充礦泉水 4、毛巾有一條有黑色污漬。 5、床上靠枕也不乾淨 地理位置離火車站雖然比較近，但是曼城的路拖箱子也會很累～總之不配這個星級

酒店在市中心位置，大家都知道英國的酒店房間都不會很大，但是這家還行，就是淋浴間衹有一片玻璃，所以洗澡的時候説很容易就往外噴濺，其次就是英國的酒店都沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋，我們是先入住兩晚，但是第二天出門一上午沒人來搞衞生，中午服務生來敲門我們午睡説讓兩小時後再過來搞衞生，下午我們出去晚上才回來也沒有搞衞生，房間的飲用水和紙巾也沒有幫忙補充😭早餐相對而言還算精緻的，但是想要在中國這樣的多樣化那是不可能的。所以第三天去了別家酒店住了一晚後果斷決定剩下的三天還是回這家住，雖然價格又漲價了，可能房間也會比較小，因為就剩下豪華雙床房了。市中心的位置還可以，馬路對面的巷子就是中國街，要去中國銀行也很近。去步行街大概走個十幾分鍾，就是市中心竟然都找不到家用電器店😭
