Holiday Inn Express Manchester - Trafford City recensioner

From check in to check out the next day, stay was excellent, rooms neat and tidy, drink the the evening, breakfast in morning was great, would stay again

The service was not great, i understand it was the Christmas period however that does not mean you don’t need to give great service. I am disappointed with the way our room was not clean and they couldn’t do anything and give the excuse that there is no housekeeping there is nothing we can do. This hotel is near my daughter’s house and is convenient near the Trafford Centre but it’s not the only one in Manchester I would recommend going elsewhere!

Very close to trafford mall like around 10-15 minute walk and in front of a bus stop. Really like the location and great service

My room wasn’t clean (the carpet had stains, the kettle in the room was dirty as well as the glass next to the bathroom sink).  Not many options for vegetarian dishes.

Nice hotel but very difficult to get to after a concert

Probably one of the best holiday in express we have stayed, facilities were new and modern, bed and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was very generous.. great place to stay if you have an early flight to catch.

Great service at check-in and a special shout out to Mia who is a great ambassador to excellent customer service. Gave me a quiet room and also went the extra mile and wrote down directions of Manchester United stadium (and tram), even though I didn't ask for them. Gold star employee in my opinion. Very good experience! I love the Croissant here! So delicious! If it provides the slipper, that would be better.

Arrived and room was tidy but there was blood on the bed sheets. Despite informing reception nothing was done. I even went to reception again and no one did anything. My wife called when I arrived home. Twice no one called me back!! Customer service not great. They then advised they would issue a refund but I am still waiting ?
