Great location,clean rooms and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Location traffic is terrible but that may be everywhere. Stayed here a few times already and service always consistent and rooms comfortable. The only thing is the shower hot water is temperamental.

I had booked adjoining rooms for our stay with family. The king size bed was very comfortable and amenities the same as the double room. Love that they allow pets and because we had adjoining rooms, my furbaby had more room to move around :)

前台服務很周到，很細心解釋各種設施及環境

服務：服務非常非常好。10:30到的馬尼拉，提供免費提前入住，到房間後會打電話詢問房間狀態。需要轉換插頭和hdmi線也能馬上要到。酒店早餐非常非常好吃。有凍酸奶還有舒芙蕾～酒店大堂的咖啡廳開到十一點。 環境：周邊餐廳和商場很多。超市餐館電影院都在步行範圍之內。選擇很多，住了兩晚吃的不帶重樣～ 唯一想抱怨的是酒店的下水做得做得不是很好。酒店樓層和房間都有很重的下水管道的味道（剛住進去的時候已經找人疏通了一次，但是很快就又有味道，而且健身房樓層和房間過道也會有下水管道的味道），而且馬桶也不能帶紙沖水不然會堵。作為20年的新酒店有點説不過去了。

酒店位於馬尼拉市中心，緊鄰SM購物中心，交通方便，距離geeenhills center （可以去買南海金珠，很便宜）很近。房間乾淨整潔有序，服務特別好，這次從酒店租車去馬辛諾克，酒店小姐姐服務特別好，酒店沒車，一直幫我們聯繫預訂酒店車輛。酒店早餐也比較豐富，這裏的SM商場太大了，走半天走不出來

早朝に到着したにも関わらず、早めにチェックインさせてもらえたのと、チェックアウトも遅く対応いただけて非常に嬉しかったです！
